I only eat boneless wings, but they have the best chicken tender sandwiches, appetizers, and boneless wings in town. My favorite hot wings and if you really like spice try the death wings. If you get a 5 at Indian restaurants you MIGHT be able to handle that spice level. It still has really decent flavor on top of the heat!

Alright, This place is always decent enough to make me think it may be worth returning, and everytime I do return I am disappointed again. The one thing they have right is the sauce flavors. Nearly all sauces I’ve tried from Ole Coop (5 or 6) have been pretty solid. The fries and onion rings are pretty good too but anyone can order from Sysco and reheat them so it doesn’t really earn points. This is where the positives end. The service is pretty laughable. I’ve been in 100s of wing shops across the country and though many have their quirks and bits of charm that some may seem as undesirable, ole coop simply has bad service. To go, in house, whatever the order may be, it’s going to take quite some time to get your order and the process of taking it will entail a lot of unnecessary griping as if your presence was incredibly undesirable. The food will be overpriced, and if you’re like me you’ll keep returning thinking “surely not again, right?” 2-3 times I’ve seen my prepared order sit on the counter for 5-10 minutes before the conversation between employees lulls and they begrudgingly yell the order number. Your order will likely be lukewarm/cold, which really sucks because the potential is there but the ball just keeps getting dropped. It’s all good though my air fryer is clutch. The chicken will be fine, yet again nothing to write home about but nothing terrible either. The bleu cheese/ranch is prepackaged and kinda meh. Fries are always good though. They do have a pretty wide selection of menu items, so if you’re someone who likes chips and salsa with bbq wings and mozzarella sticks then I guess this place would be your jam. If they sold bottles of their sauce I’d be a regular customer for that market, but everything else seems to be lackluster in comparison. Oxford is pretty limited in wing joints that don’t try to be a sport bar, so they do get props for that, I just think there’s too much being focused on when the fundamentals are overlooked. All in all, 4/10. They’re open despite the ice storm going on right now, and they get my respect for that.

kind of slow service, but it’s worth it when you get your wings!! tonight we had the lemon pepper bone-in wings, honey mustard boneless, and honey bbq boneless! the staff is working hard on a busy christmas eve and they’re even open on christmas afternoon! I applaud them heavily.

Multiple occasions we have ordered and 3 hours later they say they are “still working on it”.
Do not know how they are still in business.
It’s more reliable that you won’t ever get your order than you actually receiving it.
