This Lee’s Summit Chipotle location had good customer service and good food. But the place was a mess, food on the tables and floors. It needed a good wipe down. The napkins holders were empty and there was spilled soda around the fountain machine. There was a bit of a wait which is expected during a lunch rush.

This is by far one of the laziest and worst stores I have ever visited.

Me and my wife visited May 10th around noon, the store was pretty empty for the most part. We figured it would be pretty quick service, but no the employees would rather have side conversations and play in there phones than take the order.

The seating here is very limited even with an empty store, every table is filthy not picked up nor wiped.

It sucks seeing the workers stand around doing nothing while there store sits filthy.

I would NOT recommend this location!! It was a busy night since y’all were running a bogo with Tacos. My husband and I came in to each order a bowl and a 3taco meal. When it came time for us to order there were 2 people on the line – one of which who could barely see over the counter. As the employee was building my bowl and tacos she was not listening / paying attention. I told her several times what meat I would like and she kept trying to put the wrong meat on there. Once they completed my order I sat at the register for a while, with my husband waiting to get his order taken care of. During this time the manager pulled one of the young ladies to go on break (don’t get me wrong I am all for individuals getting their break) but she never replaced her on the line. Instead she left the other on their alone, (while the one who went on break made herself a bowl and held up the line to get food) she missed putting meat on my husbands bowl and tacos. He had to stop her from helping the customers behind him so she could finish putting meat on his items. After the meat was placed, we stood and waited while employees laughed and socialized with each other. After another 10 minutes of waiting we were finally able to complete our purchase and leave. We live not to far from here and due to the amount of time from when my tacos were made, to us leaving, to getting back home my tacos every soggy and falling apart.

Idiotic workers ruined my whole meal and my fiancé’s. Stuffed my burrito and her bowl so full of spicy nonsense that we couldn’t even eat our dinner. I will NEVER come to this location again. We gave very specific instructions just for them to not listen to it at all. We had even mentioned we want it to be MILD through and through, just to have it be so spicy we were unable to eat. It all went into the trash. 0.5/10 for blatantly ignoring our requests. I’m so pissed.

Our dine in experience on 2-2-2026 @2pm was very poor. The kitchen behind the front counter was cluttered to the max. The front counter was filthy. The dining room had garbage cans heaping with trash. The drink area was a disaster. Then, a poor kid puked in the dining room. The lady with the boy informed the staff and the staff stood around each other for a good 20 minutes. We had to leave, but I’m sure the puke is still on the ground. Probably not going to go back until the next mgr is hired.

My wife and I went to have a simple date night dinner after working out, and we both were craving Chipotle. So when we arrived, the line was almost to the door but was moving extremely slow. Slow enough a few people in front of us left right after we got in line. You would think that sped up the wait for us, but it didn’t.

We struck up some conversation with others in line to kill the time, but even they were getting tired of the wait. We looked to find a place to sit before we even ordered, and every table and counter space were covered in food and mess. Some were much worse than others. Even a few tables with spilled drinks all over the floor and the lids left behind in the fluids.

When we finally made it to the counter, it took at least 15 minutes from the time we started ordering to the time we finally reached the register to pay. While ordering, we had to almost yell our orders because nobody could seem to hear us. We kept having to ask for more portions because of how small every scoop they gave us was. Even when we were pointing at what we wanted while describing it, they still would ask if it was what we wanted.

When finally getting to the register, we kept having to tell the woman checking us out that all we had were 2 bowls and a side tortilla. She kept asking if that was everything to the point that I politely grabbed everything and put it in a small pile and said that the 2 bowls and 1 tortilla were the only 3 items we had. They also told us they were out of chips after asking if we wanted any. They then gave online order chips, but not us.

When we finally got to take our food we opened the bag and realized that after explaining that we only had 2 bowls and 1 tortilla at least 3 times, the employee at the register still have us someone else’s online order and charged us for it as well as their extra tortilla. So I have to go back up to the register with someone else’s food only to then have the employee who messed it up to start arguing with me after all I had done was be polite.

The online order showed up for their food only to find me holding it, and they still gave that person the same food they had given me! Who does that? They have no idea what I could’ve done with that food after they gave me it. They didn’t even remake it for the poor guy!

Overall, my wife, who is truly the easiest going woman I know, was disappointed and a little upset with the whole experience. She immediately said after seeing how the woman at the register treated me that we would not be returning to this location. If the lack of cleanliness wasn’t enough of a reason, the disrespectful service absolutely made it so.

Yorleny is the name on our refund receipt, and I’m not sure if that was the short Hispanic woman that was so rude, but that’s all I have to go off of on my refund receipt. She never gave me the original receipt. But she is the sole reason we won’t be returning. Management needs to step in and take a deeper look at its employees. I was treated so badly I didn’t even go back to try to return the other tortilla that were found after the who ordeal with the first refund. That I was also charged for and didn’t ask for.

I understand having a bad day at work, having worked in sales and dealing with people all day for the last 6 years, but this was uncalled for. I’m very disappointed. I would be written up at a minimum or even fired from my job if I had done what this employee did to me at my place of work.

The “As real as it gets” on the receipt should say, “As disappointing as it gets”.

The food was really good, this was my first time at a Chipotle. I got a bowl with steak and it was very filling.
It was my mom’s first time there too, she did not like it however. She thought all the meat options were too spicy. The staff was very nice, they let my mom sample the meats to see if she liked another one better.

Some of the absolute worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life. I was literally looked up and down and barely spoken to. I genuinely try and give the benefit of the doubt, especially for customer service. Sometimes you have terrible days, I completely get it. But I was absolutely disgusted with how I was treated here.

This location is absolutely a health hazard.. The front and back of house was discussing. Bath plunger was in the middle of floor and wet floors.. Trashes were over flowing, soda fountain station was not stock but it was so gross I wouldnt want anything from that area.. Staff was nice but nothing special but sadly they are definitely not managed well.!! Also the cashier counter was the worst area of filth. I tossed our $25 dinner into the trash not worth the food poisoning..

Placed an order through the app, Came to this location because we prefer it to Raytown. When we picked up the order and got home, we discovered that the Carne Asada bowl was missing the Carne Asada, along with the Queso, The sour cream, and the fajita veggies. I tried to call, But you can’t get ahold of the store and the automated call taker is completely useless. I am extremely disappointed.
