Just left this location about 20 mins ago after picking up my mobile order. First I ordered a 5 piece signature chicken and specified that I would prefer at least 1 breast and the rest all dark meat. They gave me 1 drumstick, 2 thighs and 2 wings. And they were all burnt. One of the wings even has a feather still sticking out of it, you can see it in the pic. The only thing I enjoyed were the biscuits. SMH

After a missing item in March, I was told by staff to leave my name and claim it later. When I tried to do so today, Manager Lori was unprofessional and aggressive. She shouted at me in front of staff and customers, refusing to honor the credit and treating me with zero respect. I am shocked by the hostile environment and the “scammer” treatment over a simple correction.

Gave my order and then the guy taking the order said nothing. Then acts like I’m bothering him for having to do his job. After repeating my order for the 3rd time I had enough and left. I understand it’s fast food and you aren’t going to get top tier quality but damn that was bad.

Very friendly, willing to go above and beyond. The manager was unable to give me the selection I wanted because it included mayo mixed with the hot sauce. She *unprompted and generously* offered me a Hot Ones Sriracha sauce. I would absolutely return and only came here to review because it was well beyond expectation based on the “Google Star Rating”

Seems like Popeyes is slipping. Tried to go to the GC location last night, but the dining room was closed for “maintenance”. Now I’m at the Mill Run location for lunch. They’ve invested in kiosks ala McDonald’s, and it’s quite the fiasco. I got an entire order through the process, including a receipt, without actually ever paying. Everyone there was having issues with the kiosks–they clearly need to go back for more testing. This is not a knock toward the staff there who were doing the best they could. It’s corporate that dropped the ball. The food was still decent.

The staff here is always really polite and are very accommodating. They always seem like they enjoy their job even if its a fast food environment. I love coming to this Popeyes with my family. The best Popeyes in Columbus hands down.

They told me it will be 25 minutes for fresh chicken sandwich. With no wait and me being the only person online. There has been 1 car that has been served behind me. I will go to Taco Bell. It does not take 10 minutes to make a chicken sandwich. It was 9:23 when I ordered. They gave it to me at 10:40. It took 17 minutes when there was not one car or customer in line. And tell me it’s going to be 25 minutes is just not okay.
