Was a loyal customer but won’t be back after serving me a half full energy drink because I asked for no ice. That’s absolutely ridiculous to fill a large cup to a small level when the drink is $6. That’s a bad business practice and that leaves a bad impression on your customers. You’re more worried about making 300% profit margin on an energy drink than retaining loyal customers who spend $15 – $20. And when I ordered I asked for 2 energy drinks—not even knowing they’d do this tactic and only got 1 placed on my order—listening skills were lacking. Idk if I was the business owner, I’d be more concerned with filling up the cups to retain my customers than skimping out on their drink because a customer didn’t want ice. And I legit spend at least $15 to $22 there every time I go. And if the owner responds saying, “the energy drinks come in an already portioned 6 to 8 oz can”—well my response would be not everyone will order no ice, so instead of cheaping out use 2 cans or however many it’ll take to fill up the large $6 drink to the top and retain a customer that spends $20+ rather than saving $2 on every 16th person that orders a large energy drink with no ice. We ate at Einstein Bros Bagels for the 1st time a few weeks ago. This has been our 3rd visit. All 3 times we have picked up food, it has been amazing. Atmosphere is what to be expected. Not a place you can eat inside, it’s all to go and drive thru. The staff has always been friendly. The location is relatively new, so the wait the 1st time was longer, but to be expected. The staff was working hard and moving as quickly as possible to get everyone their food, all while maintaining great composure. We would highly recommend Einstein Brothers Bagels.

Regarding the lady working drive through today the 27th around 12pm. Rudest and worst service at a drive through in my life. Rushed us through our order, kept asking “what else” in a condescending tone, overall worst attitude I’ve seen at a drive through. Also didn’t get the order correct, she was too busy interrupting me and asking what else that if she stopped to take the order she would have heard it correctly.

I’m not sure his name, but the young man at the drive thru window this morning around 9:30AM was so pleasant! It is honestly very rare to find someone with just a kind, helpful demeanor especially in the food service industry and he was the exception. The food was delicious, coffee is so good and the service was great!

Loved the bagels, vanilla cold brew, pastries, and the different types of cream cheese. My favorite was the jalapeno bagel, and the jalapeno cream cheese. Ana was really nice helping me choose what to order for my roadtrip that i was doing back to CA. Clean environment and easy to park. Highly recommend a visit here when visiting Texas.

Location is lazy!!! If you go after 12 you can’t order certain things on the menu because they close at 2 and shut things down early. Ask for something to be toasted, make sure they don’t lightly toast it because they fix your order to their preference. If I say toasted, that’s what I mean!!! I hate lazy workers and young ones that just do what they want to do. Last time there for sure. Messing up my food is wasting my money
