It used to be good but I have become disappointed lately. I ordered a medium chili cheese tot with ranch and chicken strip sandwich. The tots wasn’t even filled up. Look like a small was thrown in a medium carton. Ranch wasn’t in the bag but was on the receipt and when I asked for it , the girl in the drive thru window told me she would have to charge me for it and made it a big deal when it was clearly on the receipt! The sandwich was not warm , strips were old. They need to do better

Stoppped here around 1:07pm, the rudest people I’ve ever experienced, was so rushed with our order when there was only 1 other person then us, kept trying to cut off our order before we were done, and had the worst attitude. None of our order was right and half of it she didn’t even put on the order, our cups are crushed and cracked so they are leaking everywhere. The worst 50$ I’ve ever spent. Never will come here again and will let others know not to as well.

The service is very inconsistent, most of the staff is just young kids that play around too much, not serious about their job and don’t know how to follow instructions properly. Prices are too high for the low quality of food that is offered. Also i’ve noticed a pattern of orders made by me or people i know being incorrect or not given exactly what was asked for, when making an order at an order station. The staff needs to trained on providing quality, accuracy and consistency. Too many customers waste their money here not getting what they ordered. Staff needs to do a better job listening to ordered and making them exactly how it was ordered. Also they should restock their ingredients instead of not including what was asked for because they’re too lazy to do their job.

I met my daughter and grandchildren at the sonic yesterday. Our lunch was so good. My grandchildren loved their cheeseburgers and chicken fingers. It kept everyone satisfied so we could go bowling! We had a great day! Thank you Sonic!!! The people working here do such a great job!

Worst fast food experience I’ve ever had. Waited in a long line for over 30 min and come to find out that no one was working or taking orders. A customer complained and finally 2 workers came out. One was cussing and saying they don’t care at all. Everyone in line left.

No excuses and no making me another either . Wont be back. Aint first time stuff happened . Just had just try one more time . Aint got time for that proper training might help . The drink mixes are usually off a bit. That is, if you even get the right drink. When I mobile order a coke, half the time I get a diet coke instead. Or the mix is so off that it is hard to tell exactly what it is. The burgers at this location have completely turned off my family’s taste for them. Floppy, greasy, sloppy, piles of muck.
Their shakes and sundaes are the most consistently good things this location accomplishes.
But that’s the food. The carhops are super nice, attentive, and deserving of my tips.

Ordered ice cream, popcorn chicken, and a free large groovy fry at 7:15am.
It was out quickly, and fresh.
The mixins for the ice cream were perfectly distributed throughout, the fries were crispy, and the chicken was delicious.
