Best ramen we’ve ever had!!! The owner is incredibly kind and passionate, he truly cares about every single ingredient that goes into his craft and makes sure every plate is served to perfection! He took a moment to talk to us after our food was served about how he started this journey, how far he’s come and his plans for future business! Incredible! The other staff members were also very kind! If you’re thinking about ramen, this is the only place you should be going!! 😀

We have been to
Yugiri Ramen several times, and it has always been a solid spot for ramen. This time, we stopped by just for a quick snack on our way to Orlando.
We ordered takoyaki and Japanese potato croquettes, which made me really happy because these are not easy to find where I live. They were the perfect small bites.
We usually come here for ramen, which has always been good. It is a bit of a drive for me, and I wish there were a place like this closer to home, but I will definitely come back again.

This ramen is *chefs kiss* delicious. Always consistent, always fresh. Everyone is so nice too. Mike definitely knows what he’s doing with a bowl of noodles. This was built and crafted with loveeee and you can tell. I LOVE the chili crisp dumped in the Kumamoto with an extra egg. Would post a pic but I ate it already LOL. Stop by for an AMAZING meal.

Absolutely perfect every single time. Our favorite ramen spot! Fast, fresh, tasty ramen every single time without a doubt. Love the self ordering kiosks, atmosphere of Henry’s Depot is always lovely. Authentic deliciousness in every single bite. I always add an extra egg, they really are that good!

We ordered the tonkatsu ramen and tantanmen ramen. The tonkatsu ramen was bold and flavorful. The pork chasu was tasty. The soup is good but on the salty side. The tantanmen ramen on the other hand, was terrible. The soup was more than 3 times the saltiness. I added water double the amount of soup and I could only taste salt. I would not recommed the tantanmen. I would come back to try the other ramen though.

I had been craving ramen for days, so after work today, I asked my boyfriend to take me somewhere to finally satisfy that craving and I’m so glad we ended up here!
At Yugiri Ramen Project, I ordered the Spicy Tonkotsu Ramen and it completely hit the spot. It was rich, flavorful, and perfectly spicy just the way I like it. The broth was incredibly well balanced, the noodles had the perfect texture, and every bite felt comforting and satisfying.
We also tried the takoyaki, and wow absolutely delicious. Crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and packed with flavor. If you’ve never had octopus before, this is the way to try it you’ll be hooked.
Overall, a wonderful experience. The food was outstanding, the portions generous, and everything was clearly made with care. I’ll definitely be coming back whenever the ramen craving hits again!

My friend and I ordered the Pork Gyoza and Takoyaki appetizers and Ichiran ramen and Spicy Miso ramen respectively. Ramen portions and flavor was fantastic, noodles had a nice chew to them and toppings were fairly generous although I will say the broth was just a bit salty even for me. The Takoyaki was a nice size and flavorful, the gyoza was also a nice size and the spicy dipping sauce for it was spot on. I also bought a shirt which has their logo “The Yugiri Ramen Project” on the front in orange and “Established Covid-19” on the back. Would definitely come back again to try their other ramens if I’m in the area! #sendnoods
