Service at this location sucks! It was lunch time 11am I walk in one lady working. Doesn’t greet me or anything (mind you I’m the only person in there) I go up to the counter she still doesn’t say anything so I stand there. She opens the things an starts making 2 sandwiches (that I did not order, because by this time she hasn’t even spoken a word to me) so after standing there for 5 minutes IN SILENCE I just decide to walk out..

Food was good, staff not so friendly, I asked if the cookies were soft get told they fresh but they are hard… they also play gospel music in the restaurant… we should not have hear this music.. this is pushing your religion upon your customers.

2 employees working (one wearing sandles-against safety regs). Every table dirty in store, even though we were the only customers. Staff also didn’t know how to scan the app to add points to my rewards. This store could definitely use better training.

I ordered through doordash and they did not make two out of three of the sandwiches correct so I had to drive there to get them fixed and then apparently they were out of the meat of one of the sandwiches so they couldn’t make it double protein, they just put a little bit of roast beef on there so what are my sandwiches I ended up getting less than what I paid for. This is this locations 3rd strike I would recommend going to the one on 42nd Street…. I’m not going here anymore

Won’t be wasting my time ordering at this place. Waited almost 30 minutes for a simple sandwich, (mind you there was only 1 other person ordering food so it wasn’t even busy.) by the time they started making my food, they didn’t even have the ingredients. This place has gone down hill.
