This is what a BLT looks like with DOUBLE bacon, EXTRA lettuce, and EXTRA tomato! And I tipped $5 for this order! I would go back up there if I wasn’t already home. The bacon is soggy and cold. Unacceptable! Will never go back! I want my money back!! Ordered at 7:30pm on 2/10

I came in at 8:30pm to order a sandwich. Immediately was hurriedly asked “Did you have a mobile?” I told her no, I just wanted to order. She appeared very pissed, and a man came around the corner to assist. She made my sandwich, and immediately started to bag it up, to which I asked if I could have it for here. The male team member told me, “It is currently 8:34pm, and we close at 9pm, so at 9pm, you’re going to have to leave.”
Shocked and appalled, I grabbed my sandwich to sit down, and the two team members were staring at me, waiting for me to get up and leave. They were both so rude and not friendly in the slightest, and created such a tense atmosphere, I just took my sandwich and left. I was welcomed at all, and that was the atmosphere as soon as I stepped in. I understand it was 30 minutes until close, but I’m one person with one sandwich, I was going to only be there for 10 mins at most!
Would not recommend, and completely horrible experience. This store needs to do better with training their team with customers at their core.

I drive 45 mins everytme i want Subway just to come to this store. It’s by far the cleanest restaurant in the state, The best customer service you could dream for these days in time. But the one that I’m blessed to see is a bigger fella named Adam I believe it said on his hat. Treated me with respect gave me the best recommendation ever with the Chicken Bacon Ranch yummmy!!! And held a covnvo with me while making the most perfect lookin sandwich I’ve ever seen gotta say it don’t lose that one! The other time I came was during the day and had 2 ladies that did just as good one must have been the manager she had a special shirt on with black hair and the other girl have blue in her fair with a hat on their’s was perfect too.. Just one last shootout to who does the hiring here keep up the good work you’ve picked top notch employees. I always recommend this store to everyone i know

We were traveling to St. Louis from out of town and having a family gathering. I reached out to this subway about a catering order. I have to say that was the most pleasant experience I think I’ve ever had in a restaurant or retail situation. I didn’t catch the name of the woman that answered the phone but she was very nice and had me speak with a man named Cody. That was the nicest most helpful guy. I bragged about him to everyone at the family function lol! You just don’t see that kind of customer service anymore in today’s world. We picked up our order the next day and let me tell you this is the nicest, cleanest Subway I have ever been in. The woman behind the counter was so nice. The order was put together so nicely and was exactly what we ordered. Thank you to the Subway team and if I’m ever in that neck of the woods again, we’ll definitely be back to this Subway!!

The Butler hill location was where we picked up our sandwiches tonight. I spoke with andy about my order.And he was the kindest, most efficient guy was so willing to give me the best service he possibly could, and I have to admire that. On top of that, our sandwich was were both made to perfection.And there were no complaints.

TODAY!!! OMG the store , customer service . Was the best I have ever had at a subway !!!! Adam absolutely was so kind , and provided an amazing experience, And his coworker Tiffany complemented the store with Adam !!! As I’m traveling to Louisiana from Minnesota on the 11th of June 2024. I realized I should stop an get something to eat. As it was getting late(9:28pm). I saw that this subway was about to close. I quickly dashed in, as they were closing up.
They saw me rocking my Minnesota Vikings gear.(I’m a fan. NOT a player )
They graciously let me in to get a sammich. Actually, turned out to be the BEST Toasted Spicy Italian on Italian Herb & Cheese, I’ve ever had!♥️
They are EXACTLY the kinda people/employees, one would want!
Their genuine kindness, led them to the unexpected overly generous tip they received. They looked a lil shocked. As I left them a $22 tip for a $10 sammich

I went in to the store for the first time and the store was incredibly clean, both workers (esp Adam) had top notch customer service and sandwiches were made to perfection!! Will be back again
