I stopped here for lunch today and had a very pleasant experience. The only reason I’m giving four stars instead of 5 is because I got wings and didn’t get any moist towelettes. But the wings were good (I got the sweet and spicy) but just like my server said they weren’t really spicy, but they were good. The fries were all right but that’s more because of my taste-I’m sure someone else might love that style, they were just overseasoned for me. For a bar/restaurant, the food was actually very good and the inside is very appealing. I will definitely go back.

First time at any Empire location! We got takeout Super Bowl night and everything we had was awesome! We tried two flavors of wings, cheesy bread, a calzone, pizza, and zeppoles. The pizza slices were large and perfect for folding! My kids loved the zeppoles with chocolate dipping sauce! I will be back to try the cajun shrimp alfredo!

We’ll be back. We got takeout from here, our first time. I remember it used to be a different restaurant a while ago, that needed a makeover. This place felt completely new. It didn’t smell smokey, etc. The pizza was good. Lots of topping options too. What intrigued me was the size and variety of the menu. Not just pizza, but burgers, wraps, wings, desserts, etc.

Typically we eat at the Empire in Indian land so I assumed they are all the same. I ordered my mom the boneless chicken wings and the order literally included fried batter that was included in the 7 count. The buffalo chicken wings had hardly any sauce on them and I’m not someone that needs extra sauce but they were almost bare. We ordered a total of 18 wings and received 3 small celery sticks.
Disappointing but this seems to be the new expectation level at most places- no one cares about actually trying anymore.

I’m a pizza lover from California that can never find top teir pizza. I was a wheelz pizza and Hawthorne pizza girly but they be dropping the ball so I tried this place and it’s bussin. Nice huge location, we tried a lot of dishes from the menu. The baked ziti was good lacked a flavor, the fries were translucent from the grease. We also ordered some wings, they were okay and the Sicilian was not great. The pizza slices were actually really good! The place is large and super clean. Would we go to this place for the pizza and food alone? No, but I would go for a hang watch a game with a few drinks out or a play date with kids.
They have ample parking, lots of seating party room rentals, a full bar.

We spotted this prospective new pizza place as we passed by on Pineville Matthews Road. So glad we decided to visit this evening! Super friendly and fun staff, a clean/tastefully decorated environment and a wide and varied menu hooked us…then the music bingo started!!! So much fun for a Wednesday night with a joyous bunch of regulars at the bar to add icing to the cake. PS the pizza was delicious. 🙂
