One time i went with my daughter and i don’t really speak the language good so she was talking for me and i asked if they could do my hot chocolate in the machine because for some reason they always close the machine early and i mean like 2 hours early so my daughter asks her the question and then she started getting defensive and started yelling at my 12-year-old like she wanted to fight a kid please do better because what is this ♀️ ♀️

One of the better Dunkin’s in the area. Service is great, I ordered a brown sugar espresso drink. It wasn’t made to my liking and the assistant manager remade it without any issues like some would give.

Just moved to town. I think the workers could tell we were new. We had the worst customer service given to us by a heavyset woman with a messy patchy blonde bob. Got screamed at when we were simply waiting for our food. Left the place feeling like I had done something wrong because I was screamed at by this unprofesssonal employee. The staff needs a reality check and a lesson in customer service

Just stopped in for 2 coffees today, and experienced the WORST customer service I have ever had at a restaurant. The short haired blonde girl literally SCREAMED at us when I was waiting for my food. When my wife asked for no ice in her drink, they were extremely rude and kept saying “no ice?” in the most disgusting tone ever. Every question was answered with angry and attitude, and a simple mistake I made resulted in being yelled at. That short haired blonde lady should be FIRED and never hired in customer service again, and we will NEVER come to that Dunkin again. Not a good welcome to New London after just moving here.

This Dunkin is the best in New London. Waterford, and any surrounding areas! I stop here multiple days a week on my way to the beach. The staff is phenomenal, and after 20+ years of getting Dunkin, this place is the ONLY one who consistently gets my order right! They are always pleasant, kind and sweet! I will usually go through the drive-thru any chance I get but I will specifically drive any distance I need to and WALK IN to this one just to get my coffee and treat. 5 star rating!!

This is the most efficient operation I been to since COVID
One took my order and payment, another one made my order precise and yet another delivered my order to the pick up counter. Known customers came in and with great efficiency prepared their order with small talk. At the time I was there, there were at least 3 people in line and yet I was holding my completed order, walking out the door in 2 minutes. Simply remarkable.

Wonderfully friendly and helpful staff, mobile orders made quickly. Busy, busy location! There’s almost always a line. It’s a pretty small dining room with only a couple of tables, but I think it’s just still “social distanced” from COVID precautions. Also, because people take more than they need for their current drinks; sugar, Splenda, Sweet n low, etc… And large drinking straws for some reason, are always empty. Staff can’t keep them filled because the store would go bankrupt from all the customer theft of condiments and straws. But if you ask, staff will happily give you what you need
