Usually have a great experience with the snag of the crew working on this occasion. Its been the second time that I get a halfway missing and sloppy looking order with crust toppings missing and toppings almost only on one side of the pizza. All three times I’ve had a bad experience it’s been the exact same staff which lead to my review. Very careless and sloppy to say the least plus beverage was literally room temp and the truth is people order them to have something to drink that’s cold I can pay less for hot drinks. Plainly the staff at this location will be the reason I no longer will order from Marcos and I order pretty often

Delicious pies, large family salad, and deserts! Brian and Diana went above and beyond; especially when I forgot to pick up the salad! Oooops, my bad — I wanted a slice of pizza fast.
Ordered several pies and a calzone. This small half cheese half pepperoni with a plain crust gave us a quick sample. The “magnifico” garlic butter crust rim was delicious too. Same for the calzone. Everyone was happy and all the leftovers finished off too!

Waited 4 hours total just to not receive any food. Called after 2 hours and the guy who answered claims they came and nobody answered the phone and that if I still wanted the pizza he would have the driver make sure I get my food first on the next set of delivery’s . I then waited another 2 hours and called back and the guy told me the driver had to many deliveries and couldn’t make it to me. Long story short we didn’t have any dinner .

It was my very first time trying Marcos pizza. I just picked up a pizza and some pepperoni bread. I get it home start to eat and my daughters first bite had a long black hair in it. She thought it was cheese because of how it was attached to the crust but I took a picture of it and it was a long hair. I wish I could add photos so you can see what I’m talking about. Very disappointed and mad I had to go get dinner for my family. Get it together Marcos

I ordered hot wings and antipasto salad to be delivered. I wanted the wings well done and I ordered croutons for my salad. When the driver got here all he had was my wings. He thought I was going to pay for the entire order and let him bring my salad back. No. So, I sent him back and called the store. The person I spoke to said they would make me a new order of wings so they would be hot. When the driver got back 50 minutes later, I got the same damn wings from the first order, they were cold. And I didn’t get the croutons with my salad, which I’m sure cost extra. This is not the first time my order has been messed up. They suck. The manager is giving me a $10 credit. But, after I use that, I will never order from them again!
