Just finished ordering from Eric, a very nice gentleman at this location.
Usually get pizza from competitor across the road, but couldn’t walk-in to order :(!
Upon my request I was nicely told that I had to use app:(
Thank You, I replied, and walked out.
Unbeknownst to this D Pizza establishment I have been a well followed Google Local Guide for years…
So, unfortunately I can’t recommend this establishment:
– shop not busy, and I had to wait a couple of minutes before being acknowledged ( as the worker was at back counter lunching and scrolling on phone…
– upon my speaking, it seemed that gentleman lacked customer service qualities….
Happy, again, be treated with a friendly smile and manners!
Poppa John’s, I appreciate your hospitality and quality food!
PS. Eric even came from behind counter to give me my order, upon picking it up ‼️

Stopped in on the busiest night of the year (not knowing there was a long wait) but was still greeted with busy, smiling, friendly faces! Food was good and warm, costumes were cool, too! Happy Halloween!

Halloween was crazy orders !! The call center (idk who trained those ppl or how to complain about them) r something else. In the store if u was here @ the wrong time u were waiting over 30 minutee. Kim Possible was trying to help but was giving ppl the wrong etas for orders. U would wait and it still wouldnt b ready when u came back the time she said. The mixed girls dressed as a 90s hip hop icon and ghost witch with red eyes for costumes did a great job helping ppl. All they did was try to make it better and they did that. Period. The black girl Aliya/Aaliya (said she was a manager) wasn’t giving the right etas either. She looked like she did not want to b there to help ppl or answer the store phone … but she has no problem standing @ the front counter on her cell phone. The knight did a good job helping too. The store manager shouldve had a sign @ the front saying why the wait was so long. It sayss the name Eric on the front door so if u want to know why ur order had to be remade and u had to wait extra time call the store (not the call center ppl) and ask for him.

Ordered online for delivery. Marked delivered- but never arrived at my door. Doorbell camera shows nothing and it was not at any of our building’s other doors. Called for help and got laughed at. Told they will refund the whole order, but not sure if I take their word for it. Don’t bother ordering here.

Ordered papa John’s and the last couple of times the food was terrible. Had to throw out some of it. Anytime I have to throw out food from anywhere it will be the last time I order food from them. So I am crossing off Papa John’s from my food ordering list. Goodbye Papa John’s

Increasing prices and decreasing quality. The large pizzas used to be the size of the box but are now smaller. They barely put sauce. The crust is so thin it’s like I’m ordering thin crust. The cheese is put on sparingly as well. If I order one topping like pepperoni I get maybe 2 per slice. If I order two toppings they give you HALF the amount of each topping. Why charge me for TWO toppings then if I only get LESS?!? Look, I get it. Inflation. COVID. Blab blah blah blah. Excuses. But if you’re going to JACK UP the prices have the decency and common sense not to make the quality of your pizzas decline.

The Papa Johns located at 18C Bel Air S Pkwy, Bel Air, MD 21015 establishment has gone down immensely. Management need to consistently train staff on proper food handling and preparation. Additionally, ensure employees are maintaining a clean and hygienic environment. Lastly, conduct a uniform inspection that the staff is dressed in a way that reflects the restaurant’s standards of professionalism and attention to detail. When you’re working with food, cleanliness, and safety are key to preventing illness in customers. Yet, there’s a hidden source of bacteria walking around your kitchen every single day, and it might not be at the forefront of your mind.
Contaminated uniforms are one of the largest hidden sources of bacteria and other harmful pathogens that can easily transfer to food, leading to illness. This is why it’s so important to ensure that all protective garments and uniforms used in your restaurant are hygienically clean.

They do not staff correctly and they take forever to get your carry out. This place is going down in service
I will have to add another review soon to see how the pizzas turn out… i have been waiting for 45 minutes and told me that it is not ready…. 2 people for a whole bunch of Memorial Day orders are just not enough… The franchise owner doesn’t seem to care… no wonder they have so few stars on the ratings

$35 for 2 ten inche pizzas through door dash is absolutely ridiculous. And the pizza wasn’t even that great. I remember when Papa John’s was the pizza everyone went for but now I’ll never buy from them again. $35 for 2 ten inche pizzas is highway robbery and the only reason I ordered was to treat my son. And he was the only one who got pizza with how tiny they were. I’m baffled at how they think this is ok. Never again will they get my business. Of course I couldve made my own but it’s the treat and convenience of it. I’m just one person so it doesn’t matter if I buy here again or not, I just wanted to say how i felt and how it was all around. There are way better choices and more pocket friendly businesses out there that have better pizza. Papa John’s just isn’t what it used to be. At least at this location it isn’t.
Minimum wage increases really have destroyed the working class and their work ethic along with cost. Unbelievable. And gene has made it even worse sadly.
The only ones who get credit for good work ethic anymore are the dashes and hubbers.
Again $35 for 2 ten inche pizzas. That is just ridiculous. For sub par pizza to boot. I’m ashamed to live in Bel Air anymore. Papa John Schnatter should be ashamed of himself.
