I had not had taco bell in a very long time because it had been so horrible in other place, but I have a weak spot for taco bell, so I decided to stop here on my way from Jacksonville to Tampa. The food was excellent and fresh and the staff upbeat and friendly. Highly recommended.

I stopped at this Taco Bell on my way to Orlando and was pleasantly surprised by how serenely clean it was. It was absolutely spotless. The food was delicious, and ordering through the kiosk was quick and seamless. My order came out very fast, which made the stop even better. This is an excellent place for a quick bite and a clean, comfortable bathroom break while traveling.

Manager really needs to get its people from laughing at people with disabilities when they can’t read he doesn’t understand the machine you don’t laugh and giggle about it and say too bad. It’s on them. A disability is a disability and somebody needs to seriously talk to your team. I rang up myself just fine, but walked out before paying because you know what I’m not gonna stand around with somebody embarrasses somebody else and is that disrespectful. It’s not like you were busy you’re all standing a little group talking. Maybe you should step up and help your customers next time like the one girl finally did a girl in the drive-through had more respect than anybody else.

I will start off by saying this taco bell is really close to my house so my family & I go here often. I have had a mix of good & bad experiences from this particular one. Usually our bad experiences were when we went through the drive thru, forgotten items, order made wrong, smashed food etc. However a couple of weeks ago we came inside to order because they had a sign up that their card machine was down & to come inside to use their self ordering kiosk if not paying with cash, so we did & I loved the easy use & the assurance that the order was put in correctly. You can customize your order however you want & add extras, it’s really nice. So the last couple of weeks we’ve been there about 3 times & went in and used the kiosk & have had no issues with missing items or wrong orders & the food has been really good & well made. I will add though that the employees should still try to greet customers as we walk in & be more personable than just calling our name when the order is ready, setting it on the counter & walking away… no smile or thank you or anything. So that was my only complaint today. 🙂

This review is the direct result of the very aggressive and rude attitude of the dayshift manager. Other staff and food were fine. Manager approached me (not speaking to her or anyone else) and started an argument with me over which cup the front cashier handed me (which of course I have no control over). I requested to be refunded for the order after the odd and disrespectful interaction and was told she can’t (won’t) do that. Very happy not to live near this location. Good lord.

I don’t recommend stopping here. This location is highly overpriced. The $5 box you would pay at other locations is $9 here. Any kind of add on like beans or rice there’s an extra charge. They are open late but it doesn’t mean nothing for truck drivers because they do not allow anyone to walk up to the window and the lobby closes at 9pm. The staff is not friendly at all. They have a very poor attitude and demeanor. The food was good and the lobby was clean but then again how can the lobby get dirty if the place is empty. I was in the lobby for about 45 mins and only 2 customers came in. Definitely not returning here.

By far the nicest service I’ve had at a Taco Bell. Everyone was friendly and the food was fresh and fast! I brought my frenchie puppy through the drive through and the lady at the window was so sweet and smiley towards us.
