We just had one of the worst take-out experiences here. We have gotten Panda Express before and had good experiences. So when we decided to splurge for a rare family take-out night we were heartbroken by the service we received. We ordered ahead online at 6:30 for pickup at 7:30, a more than generous time for a large fast food take-out, yet when we arrived at 7:36 they had not yet even STARTED making our order. This would be a minor inconvenience, except instead of filling the regular large meal containers that we ordered and paid premium for, they began partially filling the MUCH smaller bowls for our meals. My sister was almost in tears because the large order of beef that we had ordered with the intent of leftovers was barely bigger than the small that is all we can usually afford. Waiting extra time is something easily overlooked, but being robbed of at least half the food we paid for is beyond inexcusable. We will be hard pressed to ever go back to this Panda Express location. Attached are photos of the small, partially filled containers we received instead of our large orders of food. Buyers beware!

They gave me 6 pieces of orange chicken (I counted). The chow mein apparently doesn’t have any noddles anymore, all I got was a bowl of cabbage, celery, and onions, not even finely chopped. I got a bowl with chunks of onions, cabbage, celery, and 6 pieces of dry close to being undercooked chicken. This location SUCKS!

Exactly what I wanted. A bowl of fried rice and orange chicken. I was greeted with a smile, the bowl was filled with my request and they exchanged it for money. It was hot and tasty. The place was clean and overall I had no complaints. Way to go PE.

Noodles supper dry and tasted bland like noodles and not sauce.
Chicken didn’t have much orange chicken sauce on it as well. They didn’t stick to each other. And I think the chicken quality was poor this time.

I am so glad Panda Express landed in this location and it appears business is really good. Other restaurants that once occupied this location were not very successful. Panda Express’ success is likely due to their great service and always fresh and tasty food, despite its location.

Very nice Panda location. Modern, very clean, bathrooms are clean and smell great. The food is good. Definitely one of the better locations if you’re a fan of Panda Express. In future I will drive the extra 10 mins to this location for a better experience. There is also a Drive-Thru at this location.

Brand new facility and drive thru open. Walk in/take out too. NO inside dining yet. Food tasty, better than the Panda over on Kimball. Still can’t believe Panda doesn’t have an oriental vegetable wok dish. Welcome to the neighborhood, Mr. Panda!
