We at first came through the drive thru, but we didn’t know what we wanted, so we told them it’d be a minute. Then, spontaneously, their “system went down” and they asked us to go inside and order. Before we were even out of the drive thru they had someone putting a sign out to close the drive thru.
When we came in, all of the employees were standing at the front staring at me and my family. The man I can only assume is the manager sighed heavily as we came in, but then tried to make conversation with me by mentioning that he likes the Beatles (I was wearing a Beatles shirt at the time).
I ordered KFC food. My sister ordered A&W food. I ordered the classic spicy chicken sandwich, and a side of mashed potatoes and gravy. The mashed potatoes were old, I could tell. Parts of it were crunchy, other parts tasted fine. Like it had been sitting in the heat for a while. And my sandwich was soggy, they put sauce on the bun for some reason? And it overall tasted fine but was a mess. My sister got a chili dog and it was soggy and fell apart when she picked it up.
Overall this review is more for the service. It was really awkward coming in and having every single employee working there staring right at you while you order, and then having one of them sigh at me, probably hoping I wouldn’t come inside after they told me the system was down. Very disappointed. The food was passable but I won’t be coming back.

We ordered 4 biscuits and they were hard as a rock.
We ordered the spicy chicken sandwich and they were like 2 day old chicken and only a drop of sauce.
We ordered it to go and if we weren’t going to Wyoming I would have taken the food back and demanded my money back!!!

I enjoyed my meal here. The gal at the register was very nice and prompt. My food came out hot and my root beer float was perfect. I observed the cooks in the back wearing gloves and the place is clean. Good job.

The food was good and the customer service was great. This place has been really improving since the last time I went. I came into the lobby and was treated so kindly. They even walked me out to my car helping me with some of my bags because I had so many. The lobby is a little dirty but it could be fixed up with a good mopping. I’d recommend coming here again if you haven’t been in a while. Especially while they aren’t busy. After being there a few times they are always more personal and kind when they can focus on you.

Worst KFC I’ve ever been to. Waited 10 mins at the counter to order with no acknowledgement from staff. Other customers in restaurant said they were waiting over 40 mins for food. Restaurant was not busy just poorly trained staff. Left without ordering. Won’t be back.

This restaurant will close early with no regards to business they have currently conducted or what their posted hours are. I arrived Tuesday April 4th at 9:36 pm to pick up an order for an Uber delivery and the doors were locked and the drive thru blocked by a chair.
I attempted to see if I could get the attention of the workers in the lobby, which there were 4 of, and was ignored. Another customer arrived while I contacted support in my car and I informed them that they were closed early so I was not the only patron affected by this.
I wouldn’t use this restaurant or trust that they will follow their own rules when they can’t even keep their doors open. The management is clearly the problem here. I also would not recommend placing an order with them using any food delivery service as their is no guarantee that you order will be fulfilled, even if they accept it on their end.

Today at approximately 10:30 I went to use a coupon at this store that I had recently gotten in the mail, it was for 16 pcs., 4 sides, 8 biscuits, they told me it would be a 20 minute wait for biscuits, so I returned about 30 minutes later, then they told me it would be another 18 minute wait for Original recipe chicken, they are charging premium prices with this level of service!? It’s no wonder KFC is on the decline, save your hard earned money, there are several competitors in this market with cheaper prices and vastly better customer service!!!
