Food was over two hours when I was told less than an hour. Got notification food was bagged and ready an hour and a half before it was delivered. Was told initially by employee who took order they could not deliver to me because I was too far away even though I order from them all the time. Said he checked with manager which clearly he had not. Manager denied food was ready when I got the notification and up charged me for delivery. Terrible service.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Zeppes Pizza, and I can’t say enough about how fantastic the experience was! From the moment I walked in, the customer service provided by Gabe and Eli was outstanding. They were friendly, attentive, and made sure my dining experience was top-notch.

Now, let’s talk about the food. The chicken parmigiana was absolutely delicious! It was perfectly cooked, with a crispy coating and rich marinara sauce that complemented the tender chicken beautifully. The portion size was generous, making it a great value for the quality of the meal. Overall, Zeppes Pizza is definitely a place I would recommend for both their amazing food and exceptional service!

Despite asking for well done, pizza was so underdone you could smell yeast in the box, so I had them run it through again. Somehow it didn’t even help, the pizza was completely inedible, and the place wasn’t even busy at the time. If you like flop, this is your jam.

Honesty was disappointed in the pizza this time around. The pizza was super thin, little to no sauce and cheese… such thicker crust took up more space and paid $30 for this pizza and a small pepperoni. I remember zeppes always having prime pizza but this was pathetic for the price.
