Lol this place deserves a high quality rating from having to deal with someone close I know. She always goes in and get her iced coffee or refreshing tea or chai, and always asks for a coffee cake muffin the go to pastry or munchkins partially powdered sugar ones… Her fav donut is Boston cream… I love my girl she’s so sweet and kind but omg HER WHOLE LIFE RUNS ON DUNKINS and these specifications… if your reading this coelina it’s okay I’m only picking on you a little bit.

This place is a very well oiled machine. I just sat in a drive through that had about 30 cars ahead of me and I ordered to sandwiches and hash browns and I was out of the line and eating my food in 5 minutes.

The Guy working the mic for the drive through was very clear and it made my life easy. He deserves a raise along with all your other productive members of staff.

With the typical Dunkin’s taking 15-20 minutes on average. I was completely shocked and could not drive away without leaving them an excellent review!

Unsanitary and don’t follow directions. I ordered donuts just to get home and receive the wrong ones. I go back and the employee one admits they took it upon themselves to chose what donuts I wanted because they ran out and second they took the donuts back from me and put them on the shelf with the other donuts to sell to the next customer. Every employee should be trained and know you don’t take back food that has left the building. You either toss it or let the customer keep it. Won’t be returning. That’s disgusting.

⭐☆☆☆☆ Absolutely unacceptable experience at this Dunkin’ location. I placed a mobile order and went to the drive-thru to pick it up, only to be told I had to go inside to get it. I’m disabled and physically unable to do so, yet the staff refused to accommodate me. This is not just poor customer service—it’s outright discrimination. If Dunkin’ wants to continue advertising mobile ordering as a convenient option, they need to ensure accessibility for all customers. I won’t be returning.

Griffin is probably the most enthusiastic person that works there. Griffin never messes up in order. Though whoever is working the oven likes to burn things. I cannot get an English muffin, a croissant without it being burnt.

There’s always issues with my orders. Today I got 2 coffees with some food and they forgot my coffee. My girlfriend picked up so she didn’t know that I got a coffee so I had to drive all the way back. When I got inside there were 8-9 people working with some of them just standing around and it took a couple minutes for anyone to even come up to me. After explaining they forgot my coffee and showing my exact order, they made me a new one in the wrong size Absolutely ridiculous with that many people there that my order got messed up twice. I would understand if it was busy but it wasn’t. Will not be returning. My regular dunkin never messes up my order with half the staff and 10 times the customers. Do better

They don’t understand that “no ice” means literally don’t add ice and “less ice” does not mean fill the cup with ice.

Unless you want a cup of ice go to another Dunkin.
