After waiting patiently for the lady to finish the customer in front of us, the employee informed us she was going to do her fill ups on sauces and we’d need to wait until she got done with whatever tasks she wanted to do. No welcomes coming in or hi’s or hellos… she didn’t ask us what we wanted. We weren’t even using sauce “2 meatballs subs”
Why they only have 1 elderly worker is beyond me…
Let’s try making the customer a priority.

The restrooms have been closed the last two times I was there including today which I am certain is a health code violation given there is indoor seating. The food was fresh enough and the young twins serving us did a good job. The restaurant was dirty though in the lobby and the baskets they tried to put my food in were dirty also. We need people to do better on cleanliness. This isn’t a third world country folks where you can get away with this without a call to the health department.

I use get subway from here all the time but under new mgmt , its gone really bad. They are trying to save money at everything . This is not how it works guys . We paid $ for like no toppings on the sandwich. I will complain to Subway as i see many people already complained the same issue.

How many times can someone say more. If you cannot put toppings increase the price.

I was in line for 20 minutes with 2 people in front of me. The woman working seems to be slow on purpose as 3 people before me walked out. Not sure how this place turns a profit. Marcos next door has better subs and speedy service.

This place is awful don’t go here just walk to the kroger, you’ll find food in their dumpster better than the stuff the staff can prepare here. They should just close the place down! What an embarrassment of an establishment, truly pathetic.

Go to Cumming location! This Sugar Hill location skimps on every last thing on the sandwich then when you ask them to actually line the sandwich with the ingredients properly, they ask if you want extra!?!? No- fill the sandwich properly. Like im talking it looked like she counted spinach leaves, and didnt line the sandwich with meat- it was put in the center with a good inch or so on each side without any (for reference, on a foot long). Also it is so uninviting to go in Sugar Hills location

I order a 1 ft long roast beef. Hardly any meat. Just 2 slices. The length of the sandwich . Before we could watch them make the sandwich, putting the meat and cheese. You can watch them out the condiments on, mayonnaise cheese onions hot pepper oil and vinegar that’s great.

I want to take a moment to recognize Cooper! I visit this location often, and honestly, the customer service hasn’t always been great—until I met Cooper on Saturday.

Cooper was hands down the best! I’ll definitely be coming back as long as he’s there to assist us. He was extremely knowledgeable about the menu, prepared our order quickly, and had us in and out in no time. He even offered great recommendations for our sandwiches, knowing they wouldn’t be eaten until the next day.

To the managers at this location: Cooper is the reason I’ll be returning. Please make sure he sees this and knows that he is appreciated!

What a terrible experience! We stopped in after a late soccer practice to get a few sandwiches for my family who were tired, hot, and hungry. The worker was clearly put out by us walking in by her face and then asking how many sandwiches we needed and that most veggies were closed for the night. This was at 8:45pm 45 minuets prior to their posted closing time with the neon open sign shining bright. I let her know we would go to a place that is welcoming and better food. Off to the new chipotle!

I arrived at the restaurant at 12:35 PM, exactly at the pickup time specified in my order. However, upon arrival, I was informed by the staff that my order had not even been started, and I would have to wait over 30 minutes due to a long line and only one person working.

This is extremely frustrating — especially considering the order was placed in advance and scheduled for a specific time. If a restaurant is unable to prepare a pre-booked order by the committed time, it raises the question of why such a time slot is provided in the first place.

Unfortunately, this is not the first time I’ve experienced this issue at this location — it has happened at least three times now. I am seriously concerned about the consistency and reliability of service here.

I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter and provide a resolution. Additionally, I urge you to reconsider allowing scheduled pickups from this restaurant if they cannot honor committed times.
