I enjoy the healthy options that they offer up here at Nature’s Table. It’s a nice choice to have. Nutritional information is posted for most of the things on the menu. I also work for Disney in this complex and love not having to leave the campus to get a bite to eat. They have a really nice selection of salads, protein bowls, as well as a selection of Acai smoothies. There is usually a daily special that is a particularly good deal. They also make coffee drinks, and have a decent selection of ready made items (sandwiches, yogurt parfaits, salads) to grab and go.
There are tables to sit inside, as well as some outside seating.
As a previous reviewer mentions… you do need an Disney issued ID to get inside the building. Natures Table is located on the ground floor.
Natures Table also operates a Starbucks “kiosk” in the neighboring 220 building…and an FYI!

This place is not open to the public. I was in Orlando on business and wanted you to try this restaurant. But it is in a secure building for Disney employees only. Don’t go if you’re the regular public.

Hidden Gem! Read the other reviews where to find it but food and pricing was awesome. Great staff and food options. Smoothies, burritos and lots more. We are coming here every breakfast while we are here:)

I’m so glad I found this spot. It’s hidden inside the Disney Cruise Like building. But the menu is great and the space is very clean.
