By far the worst McDonald’s in town would spend the extra 10 minutes to drive to the one on the north side of town. I ordered a McDouble meal deal, had to order on the app after finding out their kiosks doesn’t have that deal on there, but what I received was actually a McOne and a halfer with what looks looks like a half eaten burger patty. This either had to be intentional or the staff just doesn’t care about the product they are serving their customers because I have no idea how you miss half the burger being gone. Unfortunately I didn’t notice this until I left the restaurant and sat down to eat it at my work. So for lunch all I’m got was a small fry and 4 chicken nuggets.

They don’t give a rats butt over here. Look how they made my Big Mac… bottom and middle bun had the usual burger patty lettuce pickles and Big Mac sauce but the top and middle bun had nothing. We didn’t realize until we got home since it was takeout. Cmon I know it’s Mickey d but y’all can at least make my order correctly and not skimp half my burger lol

I just bought a 20 piece nugget and they charged me $.86 for each sauce. So, no sauces included with nuggets. I will never eat there again. Also sat in the drive through for 20 min. Never again.

We could have drove to a sit down restaurant, ordered, ate, and driven back to this McDonalds and still would have had to wait. Drive thru and takeout should not take 45 minutes.

Probably the worst McDonald’s I’ve been to. I stopped going because they could never get my food right. I was running behind and thought I’d get a cheeseburger and asked for extra pickles and onion. I got my burger with the right ticket it on it. It had no onions and no cheese and 2 pickles. It wasn’t very busy when I went and I was disappointed. I won’t be going back.

Food was terrible, had to wait a long time to get any help up front. Best part of the meal was the Coke I had. My daughter’s burger looked like someone stuck there finger right in it and my other daughter’s nuggets were burnt. They were also out of sweet and sour sauce, worst McDonalds experience ever.

This is like the 5th time I have got food from this mcdonalds and they forgot my frigging fries almost every time I order. Why??? Why is it so hard to read an order screen and follow simple instructions. Ugh.

Maybe one day your staff will learn to read the order boards and get the orders right. I asked for no mustard and extra onion, well it looks like they scraped the onions off using my sandwich wrapper. Come on try being better than this it’s a disappointment!!!
