Had a coupon for a 14 pc meal with 2 large sides, I hadnt had KFC in a looong time but it was the best fried chicken ive had in years. My wife and I devoured that chicken like there was no tommorrow, I know KFC is very pricey but its worth it, juicy, tender, such flavor from the seasoning..just like when I was a young boy.. I will pay the extra amount of money just so I can have this great chicken to eat

Update: holy hell I’m never coming here again. Staffing seems to be a huge issue. The poor person working today was left high and dry by people who quit. Walked over 20 mins to get an order I prepaid for online. Never again
It’s a new place and they are working some kinks out. That being said all of the employees were extremely courteous and pleasant. My order was quick and easy and the food was about as good as any KFC could be. A different setup inside, but it looks like the store will be be focused on drive through and ordering ahead.

Whoever the daytime New Year’s Day manager is needs to be retrained in how to be a manager and be professional. She has a attitude. She is very rude and disrespectful. She is unattented to her customers and I should have expected nothing but that type of attitude from a woman like that as well and that’s that’s mine and probably everybody’s opinion that comes in contact with her very disrespectful. She also needs training on how to do her job because she was just sitting at the desk on her phone not paying attention to the customers while there was three orders that took 15 minutes to be prepared.

Ordered my food at the kiosk (do not order from these as you WILL NOT get a receipt). Kiosk says I can get receipt from front counter as it is having technical difficulties sending it to my phone. My order was missing a medium drink to which the cashier says “I don’t see a drink on your order, do you have your receipt?” Told her kiosk said I could get it from the front counter. She then says”Oh we can’t get receipts from the kiosk and that I didn’t have drink on my order.” I know my daughter got a drink because she complained that she had to get Pepsi instead of Coke. But that is fine. Won’t eat here again and will recommend others as well. Thumbs down. Find another place to get chicken (Going to Publix from now on )

First off coming in the store to not a greeting but a rude black lady can’t even take my order. The manager small white guy can’t control her. The place is super dark inside then my sandwich comes and it’s fried so much it’s not edible. Instead of giving me new sandwich that I ordered they give me a different order on top of that she puts my food on counter, but doesn’t let me know I had to ask if it was mines which after that I was ready to go. Honestly that place I give it 6 months it will close again.

For this restaurant to be brand new, the food sucks. There’s no excuse for my food to be stale and hard. I guess the workers are in the back playing in the kitchen because my food was garbage only thing good I have to say is the restaurant is clean go at your own risk. Food should only be sitting in the cabinet for a certain period of time throw it out and make fresh food. Y’all are representing KFC Horribly.

They cut a chicken tender in half and call it 2 pieces. Gravy is watered down into literal zero flavor. They advertise BOGO on items but only give you 1. Total rip off.

went here at 10 after working all day in a kitchen just wanting some chicken. when i pulled up, the girl explained that they were out of pretty much everything and my first question was how can you a restaurant be out of everything they have. i understand being out of a couple things but not almost your whole menu. then when i got home i went to check the quality and saw they barely put any of the sauce on it.

Hole in the wall describes this location. Primarily just for take out but you don’t know that until you arrive. You may get your drink when you order. . .you may not. Why the kiosk ask if its for here or to go i have no idea… all they do is to go. They did keep the drive thru moving along front hat I observed.
