The bagel was burnt and there was paper stuck to the bottom of it , not edible , the donuts were placed in bag without anything so the donut frosting got stuck to the bag , the loaded hash brown tasted off

I left a bad review here once but they improved the service so much since then that I take it all back and deleted the review. Mobile orders have been ready quick and prepared correctly, food is good and service is friendly and quick. They do get really busy but try their best to keep up with the rush. The store and bathroom are very clean!

This location needs to have decaf options more available. Whenever I come and ask for a decaf iced coffee or a decaf iced latte, they always say they are out or they don’t have it. Not good business. Not everyone can have caffeine.

This Dunkin Donuts is in a very convenient location for me. And that’s the only reason why I came here more than once. Because the customer service from every employee is atrocious!! Unfriendly and bad attitudes. It’s really disgusting and I plan on calling and speaking with the manager Azma.

I’ll be brief. I’m a teacher and order on the go! Every morning. I love the workers they are super sweet and nice except the manager, she has no type of communication with her customers and is very rude, always looking at people the wrong way. I’m not sure if she knows me by name but every time I order and she makes the drinks I always have a complaint (not sure if it’s on purpose) but there’s always something wrong with my order. DD you have to do better than this! Have someone who is a leader and nice to her customers please.

If this location wasn’t convenient, I’d recommend no one ever step a foot in. Unbelievably rude service. I was waiting for my online order in the wrong location (first time I did it on my phone) and I was shooed away from the normal pickup spot where all I was hearing was the crew talking a bunch of nonsense (I was invading their hang out spot). The store wasn’t even busy and it doesn’t take much to be polite and offer some actual customer service.
