Fine Restaurant Cuisine with the convivence of takeout. Miguel is a true Chef who uses the best of ingredients for his Restaurant quality entrées. The prices are very fair for the quality of what you get. His location is in downtown Corvallis and you can either go down and order your meal or order through one of the food delivery services.

YUM! My order was ready quickly and pickup was super easy. I got an absurdly large amount of food for the money. It was well prepared and very delicious. I would eat the carne asada street tacos every day. The green salsa is HOT which is hard to find around here. Miguel’s is a great choice for a quick food pickup downtown.

Just like the other reviews mentioned – the food was very good. Nice portions. Excellent green sauce. We got a little extra sour cream on our enchiladas. Tasty. Look for the little red truck. I am glad I called – otherwise the GPS took me to a parking lot and I probably would have been looking for a building.

Have ordered from Miguel’s once before, had the white burrito and it was so delicious and enough to save half for another meal! Ordering again from him now. 🙂 I got the white burrito again and my wife heard great reviews about his Rolled Nachos. Highly recommend. *Edit: Added pics. It’s sooo good!

Miguel’s has moved to a new location!!! It’s an indoor location now inside the 252 Madison St (where the other small businesses are!) Miguel was very kind and helped us find it by waving us in the parking lot. This place is so much bigger than the food truck, and same delicious foods!

Everything I’ve had so far is delicious (though admittedly wet— nothing a fork and knife can’t take care of)
I most recently had the quesabirria with extra veggies and the dipping jus is to die for.

Great Mexican food in Corvallis. Probably the best take out Mexican in the area. Entrance from the front of street or through the back. Tasty, large portions, great salsa. I will be back.

Miguel’s Mexican Cuisine is a gem! The food is absolutely delicious, with large portions that leave you full and satisfied. Prices are very reasonable for the quality and amount of food you get. Highly recommend if you’re craving great Mexican food at a great value! This is a take out style so no seating but there are plenty of outdoor spots near by.

The best Mexican food in Corvallis by a long shot. Really delicious horchata, too. Ordering online is the same price as in-person, but sometimes online ordering isn’t available. Be warned: the burritos are more “eat with utensils” than “eat with hands.” The horchata is to die for. No dine-in space, it’s basically just a place to pick up your food and leave, but there are some chairs in the hallway to sit in while you wait. Did I mention the horchata?
