GREAT FOOD!!! 10** I found them at the fair and ordered loaded nachos, they were so good I had to find their location. The service was great, very polite and helpful young ladies. Service was fast. This place is just a small trailor, but they had great BBQ and the people were lined up for it. I had the loaded Nachos which was good and a lot of food. I also had the bread pudding, extra yummy and a good portion

Templeton’s catered my son’s wedding in Alpine on 8-23-25. WOW sums it up. The food was outstanding! Along with several scrumptious side items, we had 40 lbs of pork bbq and 40 lbs of brisket. There’s no better review than the fact there were basically no leftovers. Before dinner was served, several family members asked who catered because the smells were wafting outdoors during cocktail hour. I believe they smiled bigger when I told them it was Templeton’s than they did during the ceremony (I’m only partially joking!!). My cousin is a school teacher and wasn’t able to attend the wedding. During school Monday, she asked our 8th grade cousin, who attended the ceremony, how the wedding went. His reply was, “the food was delicious”. Pretty spot on reply from a growing boy, but he sure was correct. I cannot thank them enough for the amount of time that went into compiling a menu that included egg free items for the bride’s egg allergy. The thoughtfulness was not overlooked. I wanted to publicly express my gratitude for the love that went into this food preparation. There wasn’t an empty belly in the venue! I cannot recommend this establishment enough. The food cannot be beat, and the planning of the menu was thoughtful and perfect! While they served no cake, the dinner was truly the icing on the proverbial wedding cake. THANK YOU!

Amazing food as always miss you guys for the 2 weeks you were at the fair glad to have you back in action. Much like the burnt ends of the brisket just remove never save the best for last because 9/10 you’ll be to full to enjoy it. Thank you guys

I really couldn’t think of any reason not to give this place 5 stars. I wish they had a restaurant instead of food truck, but that’s their business. Today was my first time eating this BBQ and I have had BBQ from all over the Souteast and Southwest. This BBQ is really good. I had the pork rib plate with baked beans and potatoe salad. The ribs had a great flavor, a nice smoke ring, they were moist, and seasoned just right. The sides were good, but the potatoe chunks were a little large. Next time, because I will be back, I will get the brisket. This place had a steady stream of customers while I was sitting there eating. The secret is out!!!

We had a party of about 30 people and had Templeton supply the food.
Every single guest expressed how absolutely delicious everything was! We had enough food for Easter Dinner too. All of our guests just could not express enough how great the food was.
The pies were also fantastic. Well worth the price.
