Wow the most amazing Mexican food we have ever had! We ordered the nachos, a couple Cali steak burritos and several beef tacos. My youngest son who is a picky eater loved it and we went back for more tacos! The food was so fresh and cooked to order. The guys running the food truck were very friendly. We will definitely come back next time we are in eagle. Thank you so much!

Food is ok, not bad, but it’s not super flavorful. Not the level of flavor that I would expect from a Mexican truck. The part that is the worst though is how incredibly slow they are. It takes them 15-20 minutes to make one breakfast burrito, which is absolutely ridiculous. If you want people to stop by and grab breakfast, it has to be reasonably quick. The food is also pretty expensive for what it is. Overall, not very good, won’t be back.

First time trying out this taco truck and let me tell you it was pretty decent! Came for lunch and wasn’t sure what to get until the cashier recommended me the Campechanos tacos. Those tacos were really good. I recommend this taco truck anytime!
