Simply AWFUL! While the young lady at the drive-thru was super polite, we waited 10 minutes in a parking space for our order. As per the food, it was just terrible. No meat, no anything really. $25 for a lack luster box combo meal, empty quesadilla & tiny steak taco. The only good item was the side of avocado ranch sauce. Also, oddly, the ink from the bag stained my laquer white dining table!!! Sadly, if I could give NO stars I would.

Yesterday came to Taco Bell and order Nacho BellGrande, one soft taco ( no tomatoes & no beans on both) & supposedly a blue Slushy. Got my food and this is what I received barely any meat on my nachos and my tacos and my food was extremely cold, went inside and ask the young lady can she make it over I’ll pay for extra meat and she barely put any meat so I wanted to speak to a manager and the manager heard me asking to speak to him and he kept walking until I said something again. At this point I just wanted my money back the service was horrible never again going back, food terrible they don’t give you enough even if you pay for extra and they lied saying the blue slushy was out but gave it to another customer. DO NOT GO HERE AT ALL

I just paid $24.49 plus tax for a Variety Taco Pack composed of 12 tacos. I believe this is a complete shame. The amount of beef and cheese I got for a $2.04 taco it’s a ripoff. I was able to get just a spoonful of it between the cheese and the beef. I don’t think I’ll ever come back to Taco Bell and prefer to spend my money where I can get food worth of it. Besides that the cashier I believe his name is Joshua was super polite, educated and provided excellent customer service. So I only give 5 stars solely to Joshua.

Double the chicken there sign says well where is it in this sad bowl ? All I received was a large side of disappointment first they told me my order wasn’t there first then asks me if the name I gave is my order 10 mins later they are always outta something… tonight was clearly chicken guys this tacobell needs a tacoreset 2 pieces of old dried out chicken ina near $13 bowl is just plain lazy and crappy.

I came to Taco bell before work and unfortunately they forgot the hot sauce when I clearly ask nicely but came on my break back and see if they can help me out and Joshua helped me out without no problems or anything. I dont know if the owners of these places read the reviews but man Joshua clearly knows customer service and seems potential for management because the way he solve the problem was great. I was ready to write a bad review and I usually dont do bad reviews but Definitely will be coming back to this taco bell location.

Ordered on the kiosk, 10 minutes later nothing. Had to come up and check on my food, only then they started making it. Put it on the counter did not call my name, no sorry nothing. Had to wait for someone to give me my Fresca too, then my avocado chicken stacker had no avocado ranch or chipotle sauce, of course trying to ask for any on the side, employees aren’t paying any attention. Just not going back to this location again. Frustrating experience.

The cooks don’t read tickets. Ordered 5 layer and added potatoes to it. That’s 50 cents. Never got them potatoes. Why they Slacking like that. I ordered at 11:45 on 10:21. This isn’t the first time.

1 star because I couldn’t put zero. I waited an hour for only two items, a drink and a burrito. I was one of the very first people to order, the last one to leave. I will come back again because the food is a nice treat, I was famished. Will I expect good service the next time, I’m not sure. More thank likely not.

waited for over 20 minutes for my mobile order that I could see behind the counter. was ignored by the entire staff. there were 10+ people working, I could see at least two on their phones. some of the employees friends came in and we’re immediately given free food…
my food was ice cold when I got it. I drive out of my way to come to this taco bell because the service is always spectacular but, I will not be coming back here.
