Pho is great. Love the portion sizes and they have nice waitresses. I only had to wait a few minutes before I was served my food. I got the beef noodle soup and I’d recommend it to anyone that doesn’t know what to get. Again. Amazing people. Would recommend to anyone who wants a quick cheap quality bite to eat.

Best garlic wings I have ever tried. The pho was good too. They give a complimentary Jasmine/green tea that is very delicious. The food arrived quickly and the server was very nice. I live in Everett and I go to this place for the amazing wings.

Really yummy food! I love that their pho comes with some veggies in it so it’s not just broth, noodles and onions. The fried rice is also really good and is one of the few things my kid will request eating that has vegetables in it.

Wings were over fried. Tried calling in order and no answer on my way to another spot and seen that they were open. Got food in 15 minutes.
On my most recent visit I stopped by to get the chicken PH for the wife and ordered the combination rice. Everything was good until I almost ate a piece of plastic from a condiment packet in my fried rice. If I could do the dry heave emoji right now to express my experience at the time I would.

Huge portions and really tasty. The soup bowls are the biggest I have seen so far . I had an Appitizer and was full. Clean and friendly. Don’t let the outside fool you. It has lots of booths and tables . Also I has the hot tea that comes with the meal and it is totally different than Thai or sushi places we go but was very good. Maybe Jasmine?

Food is really delicious but the restaurant walls seem to be splattered with sauce and such. The place needs a deep cleaning. Who knows what the kitchen looks like. Other than that, great place!

My friends used to work here and would provide excellent service. Now there’s just young girls who need to work on their customer service skills. Food is hit or miss, sometimes very bland. I guess they raised the prices, the prawn noodle soup is now $10.99 and you only get like 5 shrimps in it. Just feeling disappointed.

Really upset that I now have to find a new Pho restaurant to go to after today’s horrifying experience. Todays experience help me make the decision that I will not be dining at any of the Luck Dragon restaurants ever again. The new young lady with red hair, Nose rings and lips rings has some of the most terrible customer service I’ve ever had. To sit there and argue with me is one thing but when talking to management to roll your eyes and smirk, yea you can have it. Not only do I frequent this establishment very often I always try and support the local places in the area. At the time of entry there was not a single person in the restaurant nor was there anyone to greet me. The young lady rolled her eyes as if it was a bother to eat at the establishment or have me seat myself when coming from the back of the restaurant. I’m a huge believer in customer service when it especially comes to food. Management needs to get the other young lady’s back asap. Because of today’s experience I will never again eat at this establishment or lucky dragon restaurant located at 25 95th Dr NE lake Stevens WA as to they are in the same family business and both have low google ratings. I hope the brothers who own these restaurants find better meaning when it comes to customer service when selecting people to work in there establishment. I’m currently eating at the Viet Thi noodle house and the food is stupendous and bigger portions. They also have a 4.6 google rating and are much cleaner. Please stop by as to the food is delicious and the environment is very welcoming.

Half the meat on my Bun was bone and the meat in my pho was incredibly fatty. Server was polite but I was denied seating a whole hour before closing. Not the worst place I’ve ever been but won’t be going back.

Update: Decided to give them a second chance. Broth was still terrible, gave a little more meat this time, the spring rolls are like half size compared to most places but cost the same as other places. The waitress came over just as I started looking at the menu and said “what do you want (sigh)”. Took pictures this visit.

I have been to many and I mean many Pho Noodle restaurants, this will be at the very bottom of my list of places to go. I gave two stars only because I could choke it down and not get sick.
Why was it so bad? The most important part of Pho is the broth and there’s tasted like they just boiled some boullion cubes and called it good. Nope it was not good.
The noodles… What noodles?! Seriously I normally can’t finish the noodles because there’s so much but not here, I finished the noodles in about 5 minutes and so did my date. How about the meat? Nope there was literally 4 silver dollar sized (diameter and thickness) pieces of meat. The side of basil and bean sprouts were all brown and gross.
I have never been this disappointed in a Pho Noodle restaurant, even the menu lacked the normal selections I would expect at a decent Pho restaurant.
