This place was a great local spot. The music was random but super good. The bartender, Mattie, was great to get to know. This was a lovely bar, and we will be coming back when we are in town.

The Mayfair is like a dive bar. It’s pretty chill and laid back. My husband and I really enjoyed our visit.

Stopped by here one evening last week. I met some really awesome people. Chris bought us all pizza. Rocky told me some cool stories of the past. And Asha the server was a really nice girl. And cute.
Anyone staying near by will not regret this spot. Very interesting decor
Wish I I had of gone back before I left NOLA.

Great bar! Friendly and attentive staff, great jukebox, pool tables & atmosphere ! Very ‘New Orleans’ kinda feel with all the sparkly decorations on the ceiling! Plus Uriah the bartender is reeeealllly good at making margaritas!

It was pretty rowdy and upfront here…middle of mardis gras. Staff were working it hard.
This is a bar for solid drinking and fun as an out of towner.
Loved the sign outside a lot.

Old school New Orleans neighborhood bar, cheap drinks and locals. Mostly friendly and fun, but can occasionally be taken over by the college crowd. Perhaps that’s mostly for Mardi Gras. Want to chill, drink cheap, and most likely meet some friendly locals doing the same? This is your place.

Cash only bar but they have an ATM. The bartenders and people were very friendly. It’s a small local dive bar in walking distance of a lot of places. Cheap drinks!

This bar is an awesome place to have a few rounds. This is a locals bar but has a lot of traffic flowing through it and everyone is really nice.

We enjoyed this little bar for a couple of hours. Drink prices are good, decor is definitely awesome with lots of local character. Bartender and owner are good to chat with. Not very busy, but that was fine.
