Ordered a bowl for pickup. It took a longer time to prepare than it does for other Chipotle locations we’ve been to. But that’s okay.
The biggest problem was that the rice was not cooked properly at all. Big disappointment. On reading other reviews, I see some going all the way back to 8 years mentioning the undercooked rice. Talk about consistency.

Rice was like plastic, both chewy and rock hard pieces. Steak was awful. The guy piecing together the burritos and bowls just simply could not care less about being there disappointing to go and spend your money to have an experience like that.

I wish I could give negative stars. This chipotle was so bad, I’ll never eat chipotle again. Bland, no flavor whatsoever and the chicken was ice cold + I had to wait longer than I should have for someone to check me out. You’d be better making it yourself at home.

I walk in to the Roswell RD location at 11:50am on 3/6/18 and don’t get a hello or a smile. Not only were the 3 ladies working sloppy they were obnoxiously rude!
I asked for salad dressing to be poured into my burrito (like I do every time I visit Chipotle) and was told no 3 times. As I was first in a line of 6 or 7 people with more walking in I figured it was a small request that didn’t deserve the long and drawn out commotion. When I told the lady’s that I would not purchase the burrito unless I can order it the way I have in the past she turned her lip up, rolled her neck AND shrugged her shoulders before saying so what. Not to mention them being rude to the man in front of me who ordered a burrito online only to arrive and see a bowl. They acted annoyed that he requested it be made the way he ordered it!
Not only was I disgusted, I WAS FURIOUS! This is unacceptable and I will never go to that location again. They are running that business into the ground! PLEASE GIVE THEM SOME COACHING ON CUSTOMER SERVICE!
