I typically do not leave reviews, but this experience was extremely disappointing. We placed an order that included a corn taco shell due to a gluten allergy in our group, along with several bowls and other items. Unfortunately, the order was prepared incorrectly — we were given a flour tortilla instead of a corn shell, which could have posed a serious issue for someone with a gluten allergy. Additionally, every bowl in the order was made incorrectly.
We returned to have the order remade, but the situation was handled very poorly. There was no apology or acknowledgment of the mistake. Even more concerning, when the bowls were remade they were prepared with noticeably smaller portions than the originals.
Customer service is an important part of the dining experience, especially when mistakes happen. Unfortunately, the response from the manager on duty lacked professionalism and concern for the situation. I was honestly really excited when this Chipotle opened because my experiences at other locations haven’t been great. This one was a pleasant surprise. The food was really well balanced and, most importantly, not overly salty like I’ve had at other spots. Everything tasted fresh and my burrito was wrapped neatly (which seems small but makes a difference).
Overall it was just a really good experience. If they keep the quality and consistency like this, I’ll definitely keep coming back to this location instead of the others nearby. Hoping they keep it up!

We were very pleased with this new location. The food was fresh , not overly spiced/salty and just put together well. I hope this trend continues because hands down they are the best in the area. The staff was very nice and friendly. Great experience ( opening day and again today …it was that good )

Stopped for the first time today around 12:45. They had no rice! No brown, no white. No peppers too. The girl said “it’s going to be a while.” So we left. Not sure how to have a burrito or bowl with no rice. Not sure why they didn’t know when it would be out either. Never experienced this at chipotle before. Very disappointed.
The parking lot wasn’t great either. There’s about 5 spots near the door and then a rear lot which was pretty full of cars and snow.

Total disaster. Waited 20 mins past my mobile order pickup time while I watched 1000 drive thru and in store customers get served in front of me. Meanwhile 20 other mobile order folks also angrily waiting. Place was extremely dirty as well.

Needless to say the place was filthy. Garbage over flowing. All tables were dirty. The floor had food all over. I ordered ice tea. There wasn’t any. I had to clean the table before sitting down. Was there 20 mins. No one made ice tea. The chips were stale.
