My son and I were excited to come here for a doughnut. I happen to order a ham and cheese kolache, and it was hard old nasty ham, the bread seemed like it was from the day before, and there were bees all over inside the restaurant and dead on the floor. The service was poor too Can’t even say hi to your customers when they come in the store, to multiple customers.

Shipley Do-Nuts – Buda, Texas
This place used to be good, but it’s really gone downhill. We kept giving them the benefit of the doubt, hoping it was just an off day – but after several visits, it’s only gotten worse. The pastries and bread are hard and stale, nothing like the fresh, soft donuts they used to serve.
To make things worse, the service was disappointing. A kid ran my credit card while the lady taking my order had a bad attitude the entire time. That’s not what you expect when you’re spending your money.
Unfortunately, we won’t be returning. Definitely do not recommend this location.

Out of convenience, I came here instead of our local donut shop downtown because of the drive through. Big mistake. The customer service is terrible, which makes the food taste awful. This is why chains in a small town are bad. Shop local for your donuts, friends. They are friendly, grateful and the food is better. I’ll never go back.

The worst customer experience ever. Had an attitude about asking about the different types of kolaches(want you to remember everything from menu-15 kinds) and then after our order, she comes back to the window and says we’re out of most of those so why don’t you say this is what we have left dummy instead of getting an attitude about the list of all the different kolaches.
