I’ve ordered from this place so many times on Uber Eats 20 times+ that I forgot to take photos! The food is always well packed and arrives in great condition.
My favorites are the crispy chicken with rice and the beef stew — both are amazing. The pho is also very good. The bun bo hue is a bit sweet for my taste, but still enjoyable.
The avocado smoothie is a must-try! Overall, this is my favorite Vietnamese restaurants. Highly recommend!

Overall experience was great. Foods were tasty. Just a few feedback. I ordered Large Special Pho which looked like a medium size, and the noodles were cut which I didnt appreciate that. The red sauce is not the real Sriracha sauce and that brown sauce is a different kind of “hoisin”. The broth was very tasty but oily. I like the Pork spring roll but I think it wasn’t seasoned enough. Dont get me wrong, I enjoyed the food but because Ive been to many other Pho places, it’s hard not to pinpoint some of the feedbacks. So please dont cut the noodles, season well the spring roll mixture, get the Sriracha sauce and original Hoisin sauce. I’ll come back for sure and hopefully it will be perfect.

Honestly I can’t remember a better spring roll I’ve had in my life, so flaky and crispy!
Pho both was amazing – deeply flavorful, refreshing & perfectly spiced. Mango smoothie was another win, the daily specials looked awesome to check out.

The price is good for the portion to & all the items I’ve tried are excellent indicating great quality across the board.

I had a great experience at Pho No.1 Vietnamese Restaurant. The flavors are impressively authentic, with the kind of balance and depth you expect from well-executed Vietnamese cuisine.
I enjoyed it so much that I came back the next day specifically for the B6 vermicelli bowl (grilled pork, grilled chicken, and spring rolls). The meats were expertly grilled with a nice smoky char, the spring roll added the perfect crunch, and the vermicelli was fresh and light. The herbs and sauce tied everything together beautifully.
A solid 4 stars — consistent, flavorful, and definitely worth revisiting.
The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that the sidewalk wasn’t plowed after the snowfall, which made access a bit inconvenient. That aside, the food itself is outstanding and absolutely worth returning for.

Great food, fantastic restaurant with a wide variety of authentic Vietnamese dishes. We came as a group of 7, so were able to try many different items. In addition to all the popular noodle soups, everything grilled meat related was also awesome, with sauces that were especially well-made and really impressive. Highly recommend!

Super delicious pho! The broth is rich and flavorful, and the chili oil makes it even better. The restaurant is very clean and welcoming. I’ll definitely be coming back.

We came in on opening day and had a great meal there. The bun bo hue is a must-try and the vermicelli bowl with the spring rolls hits the spot. Do expect some wait time as they are a new restaurant learning the ropes, but the food is worth the wait. Highly recommend!
