The food is good . I mean it’s Wendy’s it’s not like they make it from scratch . I always get my food pretty fast mind you I order mostly after 12 am as I work night shift at a plant near by . But every single time I come I get my order taken by someone rudeeee . All the employees are so rude there and make you feel slow . The first time two employees were arguing over a code to charge in front of me raising there voices and what not . Today I ordered asked questions and got no answer like I was talking to a wall . Worker took my order with out even making eye contact and acknowledging. I’ll just get food inside the store there located in so my experience can atleast be more friendlier with the cashiers

Wendy’s used to be my favorite fast food restaurant. No matter what city I was in, I could always count on them to put a smile on my face tonight, not the case. Bella, maybe she’s a manager, maybe she’s not. Nobody gave me any straight answers. I paid for something that wasn’t available. I was told to just pretty much suck it up. I ordered probably about $30 worth of food. I will not be coming back to this establishment. I think that you should actually train your employees. In compassion and customer service because what I experienced today is crazy. I have never experienced that, and so I’m going to need you guys to get it together and do better, okay…

Never again. First I’m so happy Wendy’s is closing 300 stores. Thank god. Now we can’t get robbed. Shrinkflation. I could not believe how small the frosty was. Even the large frosty is not even the size of a coke can. They charged high prices with less portion sizes. I will never eat here ever again. I will go to the 5.00 meal deal competition.

Wow, rushed service, guy with tattoos drops my Nickle from drive thru window, won’t give me another, so o have to pull forward to pick up my Nickle off the dirty floor! I spent $40 to be charged 54 cents for freaken 1 sauce. My chicken wrap was sad. Lettuce wilted, guess they want me to get sick and the chicken was hard and not cooked.

Thank you to Kevin for an outstanding transaction and experience. I walked in as he was working on something else and he immediately acknowledged me and took my order. I ordered 7 drinks and he did not hesitate to come bring me cup holders as I was filling up my drinks. I appreciate the great service thank you sir. Also my items were bagged in a convenient manner and very neatly.

the workers here are extremely rude and slow. I had a girl take my order and when I asked for my drink she said I have to fill it up myself and then still failed to give me my cup. I waited 20 minutes in total for my entire meal because they kept forgetting things. (my sauce, my cup, fries) There’s a fag at the window that gives mad attitude as well. sorry u hate ur life. He also got my order wrong like the slow girl inside at cash register. Entire staff needs to be replaced

There was only 1 customer ahead of me in line, we still waited 5 minutes for someone to get on the register and take our order, at least 1 customer behind me left to get food somewhere else. I asked if I could order a meal, they could keep their cup and I would fill my own cup at their drink station, for that I had to pay for an extra cup. With waiting so long to have my order taken and the 7 minute wait for my order to get done, I should have only been charged for 1 cup. Bad business ethics.

They only serve chicken for hours in the morning. Been coming to this store for over a year. Too lazy to make a burger at 2 am . Half the time they will tell you the system is down and they can’t take orders while employees hide in the back. Or the grill is down. Guess they have different rules here.
