Every time I stop by this location they are very nice, great customer service, store is clean and my order is made correctly. I love this location it’s the only one I come to at this point because they make my order correctly and the customer is superior. I’d definitely recommend this Tropical Smoothie to anyone.

Beautiful place with great customer service everyone was nice and helpful when picking a smoothie. It was $7 but it was an extra large smoothie so we’ll worth the price .Would recommend this place to others and I will be back to try a quesadilla or a wrap

Fist time at this location. I was so happy to have a chance to grab an Avocado drink. The half empty glass was because I was so excited to grab my favorite drink. Great customer service and a super clean store. Highly recommend this spot.

I ordered the detox smoothie + the pesto wrap. Never had tropical smoothie Cafe before – and this was a great experience for me.
Store was clean. Employees were hygienic.
You can taste the kale and ginger in the detox smoothie. But it shouldn’t be a problem if you like those things. Texture was good. No big chunks. Not too thick and not too thin.
The pesto wrap is pretty good, too!

I had no idea about this place until today The smoothie was so good I don’t know what I’ve been doing with my life. Ironton on being a long-term customer with this place after trying it and now seeing the full menu I’ve got a unbelievable amount of choices that I can’t wait to get into. Right now is the one I started with is Paradise point ☝️ And believe me it’s on point!

So today my girlfriend took me to this place for my first time. All I’m going to say is this… IT IS SO FREAKING GOOD!!!!! 10/10 – Got the Santa Fe wrap and their mocha smoothie… Food doesn’t make you feel “meh” afterwards. If you haven’t tried it yet, you should definitely go do that! My smoothie barely made it home before it was gone!!!

I usually love Tropical Smoothie Cafe, but have tried this location four times, and every time has failed me. I get a chicken bacon ranch, and the one I got today had no cheese on it, and a half a piece of bacon that was floppy and honestly seemed uncooked. I was very disappointed that I spent my money on this. I’ve never had a bad experience with tropical smoothie before this location.

I ordered a tropical smoothie with no sugar and the young worker put sugar in it by accident and then told the owner, so the owner denied it and forced me to take it anyway. One drink and it was obvious it had sugar in it like the employee told her owner, but I guess for $3.00 profit the owner would rather see me in the hospital. I did the right thing and left that mistake right in the parking lot and I won’t be back. But I wouldn’t be in the hospital with ketoacidosis either.
