Today I ordered the burnt ends and green beans. honestly.. the burnt ends weren’t what I was expecting. I have never tried them before, so ordering them today was super exciting for me, but what I got wasn’t what I expected. These were super tender and beef, like pot roast, I’ve always seen burnt ends being pork belly, so I was expecting an extra crispy, fatty bacon type flavor. They were good, though, really good. Seasoned nicely. As always, lots of fresh hot fries come with it

Friendly owner who makes some tasty BBQ. The menu is rotating as items regularly sell out and get erased from the board, the way it should be… but you can usually find ribs, rib tips, pulled pork, brisket, smoked chicken, Mac and cheese, slaw and even catfish if that’s something you are looking for. There is something for everyone !!! If you are nice, you may even get a delicious free sample of something fresh from the back! Can’t wait to check out the new location next month!

If your reading this and your looking for the best bbq you can find you can stop looking. This place was incredible. The rib tips, pulled pork, chicken, ribs, beans (baked and green) were all incredible. But man the brisket was something else! It was perfect, quite possibly the best brisket I’ve ever had. Honestly this place blew us away. And on top of it the owner was a great guy! Down to earth, and genuine. He went out of his way to make our experience a top memory on our road trip and the kids won’t ever forget. So happy we stopped in!

Country Blaze is currently my favorite BBQ joint. Reasonably priced portions. Out standing smoke flavor and quality. I ordered a half slab of ribs, rib tips, and a half chicken. The bones pulled out of the ribs with ease but the meat was not mushy. The rib tips were tender and large. The fried chicken was tasty. The sauce was awesome. Great flavor, not spicy. The menu is simple and I believe it changes often. To top off my first visit the cook gave me a free rib tip while I waited, unsauced. That first bite was fantastic and I knew I would be back.

I’ve had a few things on the menu here now. I’m blown away every time. Today I had the fried pork chops, collards and baked beans. The breading on the chops was A++++!!! They are HUGE but juicey! Collards were wonderfully seasoned too. Made me feel like it was 2008 again, visiting my neighbor and enjoying her southern cooking!

I wish I could give it 10 stars! Off the hook. Should be illegal to out sauce on meat dis good. The man is a gentleman and a Great cook. BEST RIBS IVE EVER HAD!!! Pork sando soo yummy couldnt get a pic quick enough.

Definitely one of our favorites to eat in the area, we actually prefer this over our city favorite.
Ribs are on point fer sure along with the catfish nuggets, and wings.

Finally checked this gem out. The owner is top notch! Super friendly & let us try the shrimp, pulled pork and we got wings to go. Literally the best wings I’ve ever eaten!!! The BBQ sauce was AMAZING too. Can’t wait to go back and try the Ribs!!!

Many people in life find Jesus, I found country blaze bbq. Every time I show up it has been a one man show. Make sure you have a few extra minutes for a chat. You cannot compare the service to anywhere. You can sample here, prices are very reasonable.

We got several things to serve family style at our home. The chicken for the BBQ chicken and the jerk chicken where very tender, but the BBQ chicken skin was like a salt lick. Their menu is small and lacked anything for the kids. The pulled pork sandwich was decent and liked how they made the meat into a patty but flavor wasn’t what you expect. Finally we got the rib tips. This was by far the best we got and it was all eaten, good char and good flavor. Not sure if their BBQ sauce is made in house or bottled, but it is good. All in all, 6 adults tried it and we all kinda felt like we where glad we tried it as its close but if we have a taste for BBQ we most likely wont go here.
Came back a yr later and the food has made a great improvement.
