I have eaten here a couple times and it was good. This time not so much. I had to order for deliver per my situation. I paid extra for slaw on my hotdog. It didn’t come with it. I called and was told they could only replace it. Well since I am in a semi with a trailer attached that is not possible and I’m not local to the area. I explained that and it didn’t make a difference at all. Don’t charge for something you’re not going to fullfill. Their website said these were Nathan hotdogs which they were not. Also the hotdog buns were hard and chewy. Therefore we could only eat the hotdogs and the little bit of toppings. The toppings were pitiful also. Last time I’m supporting them. It’s a shame.

Steak in a sack was pretty good , Fries were decent and 5pc chicken tenders were okay. Tea was decent and all this was about 20 dollars with card payment.

First time going and had the steak in a sack with fries and drink. It tasted amazing! Fresh and delicious. The lady’s in drive through were really nice. The food was hot! Can’t wait to go again!

Tried to place a to go order they cancelled it and when I drove up to see why as they are not supposed to be closed until 8pm… at 7:30 they shut all their lights off and said they were closed 30 mins early. They had a line around the building and closing 30 mins early. Not impressed and usually I like coming here.

Always taste great and the prices are good compared to most places. You do have a little wait sometimes, but remember this is due to cooking it fresh with each order.

Pulled up to the window. Was not greeted at all. I placed my order. Steak in sack with mayo and cheese no peppers, onion rings and a sweet tea. Paid with cash. Was handed my change all balled up and told to pull around. Waited awhile in line then picked up my food. Steak had a HUGE piece not chopped up. About as big as my hand. Meat was chewy.
Onion rings were burnt and got a coke instead of sweet tea.
I was just handed my food no have a good day or anything
I told him thanks and have a good day

First I was handed a cherry limeade in the broken cup pictured which spilled all over myself and my truck while I’m on my way to work. I very politely asked for a cup and I got my head bit off and handed a new cup second they incorrectly made my sandwich I asked him to fix it she rolled her eyes and stomped off. I asked for a supervisor and got a snooty woman that showed up rolling her eyes as I told her my complaints. If you’re looking for customer service this is not the place to go there sassy they suck and they don’t make your order correctly
