This is a normal Subway. No surprises. That is always good. Our sandwiches were tasty, what we expected. There are 6-7 tables. Carry-out is an option.

They changed the flatbread and it is NASTY now. I wanted mine toasted because I prefer my chicken hot and my cheese melted and the chicken was heated and thrown on and when I asked why she did it that way she said that’s how she has to do it now… it wasn’t warm in the slightest, everything was piled in the middle and when I picked it up everything fell out. The girls attitude when I asked her a question and she threw my subs at the counter making them slide out of the bag and almost to the floor, that wasn’t really necessary.

Order delivery. Didn’t get chips and drink bread wasn’t toasted. When I called the restaurant gave him my order number. My last name. The boy on the other end of the phone told me he didn’t know how to punch that in the computer and that he was going to hang up the phone. I said you’re not hanging up the phone. I want the rest of my order. He said I’m hanging up the phone now. I said sir I want the rest of my order. He said I’m hanging up the phone. I said look in your computer. I’m not hanging up the phone. You’re not hanging up the phone. I want the rest of my food. He must have said he was hanging up the phone 15 to 20 times. Every time my voice got louder. I was getting really angry. He said he couldn’t take my word for it. He didn’t know how to put it in the computer. In the time I was talking to him, my husband drove down. There had all the pictures of the receipt on his phone. He never looked at my husband’s phone. He never needed to look at the receipt. He took his word for it. Gave him the chips and the drinks and my husband brought it back to the house. That is sexual discrimination. He would not take my word or the receipt number or the order number or my last name to find the order told me you couldn’t take my word for it but the minute a man walks in the store with no receipt. No order number. Nothing he hands him. Was missing. I’ve already called corporate. I am really mad now. Sexual discrimination in 2025 should never be going on ever.

I decided to use my mobile app to order before I left work. Ordered how I wanted and even called to make sure they did it right. Being a former subway employee, I’m very disappointed in how my order was made. They didn’t put anything extra that I asked for and even left one thing off that I had put extra. I’m not happy and probably won’t use the mobile app anymore or go back to this location since they didn’t honor how I wanted it made.

I got overcharged for meal of the day footlong meal which is $6.99 plus $3 if you get a footlong = 9.99 right plus a 6” turkey for $5.99. It ended up being $20 and some change I didn’t feel like arguing with anybody, plus I would probably be there for another 20 minutes.

We go here once a week. Ashley is our usual sub artist. She is awesome and does a wonderful job. We get our food in a timely manner and just how we like it! I definitely recommend their rasberry cheesecake cookies!

On a limited income and wanted to treat our family of 7 to a footlong sub each. I had coupons but the said they weren’t working and means they don’t accept them. I ended up paying $20 more than I planned on because of this. If they don’t accept coupons they should post it. Don’t know if they do/don’t until checkout! Employees were nice and I apologize for taking it out on them, it wasn’t their fault. Won’t be going back there!

The food itself was great even though I ordered online wasn’t ready even when it said it was ready I waited an extra 20 min for my meal which is fine. They had a first day employee who was doing is best but the other employee kept yelling at him and there was a lady in there with 2 kids and one of them was touching everything and she was yelling and didnt know what she wanted. I appreciated what the new employee was doing and how hard he was working
