Pauline Whitaker Pkwy, Ste 310, Rogers, AR Fondue Restaurant Chain – Cheese, Broth & Chocolate – To say you go to The Melting Pot just for the food isn’t the whole story. Yes, the food is very well done (I’ll get to that), but the real draw here is the experience — the table-side preparations, choosing your cooking style, the interactive process, and the way the meal naturally encourages conversation. It’s a phenomenal date night choice. We ordered drinks first and went with the 4-Course Experience — and while it’s on the pricey side, I highly recommend it, especially for first-timers. You choose a cheese fondue for the table, a salad for each person, a cooking style for the entrée, individual entrées, and finally, a shared dessert fondue. We tried the Fondue Classics since we always review based on the standard first-visit experience.Experience Rating: 8.5/10 Service- Nathan and Miranda absolutely nailed it. Nathan introduced Miranda as his “shadow,” meaning he was mentoring her while she handled most of the service. If that’s the training system at a new location, it works. Miranda was spot-on with timing, preparation, explanations, and table presence — truly every aspect of service was dialed in. Excellent teamwork!Service Rating: 8.7/10 Food-Oh. Good. Lawd. Three out of four courses involve dipping or cooking multiple items, and honestly, I’d be shocked if someone found even one dipper that didn’t hold up. Everything was flavorful, fresh, and unique. Because it’s a chain, everything is ever so slightly under-seasoned — almost unnoticeable, and I’m probably being over-critical. Food Rating: 7.8/10 Location & Parking Okay… The restaurant is on the 3rd floor, and while there are stairs and an elevator, finding the actual entrance is a bit tricky — Parking at 6:30pm on a Thursday was tight; Definitely make a reservation a couple of days ahead. Location/Parking Rating: 5/10 Overall I usually tip 20–22%, but I didn’t hesitate to hit the suggested 25% — they earned it. We had such a fun visit! We have the princess party package as both my girls were having birthdays within a month of each other and it was perfect for both of them.
This was the first time that either one of my girls had ever been to a Melting Pot as well as my husband. While there was some definite areas that the restaurant is still working out (we got different menus for some people at the table) everything was just so well done the food was great, the service was lovely (we had the best server!), and the atmosphere with the fire feature at the entrance was perfect.
My girls (3 and 8 years) were treated to a fun and delicious meal, and unanimously decided the last course was the best as it was all chocolate! But during the meal there was no complaints of any of the foods we ordered, which doesn’t always happen with kids.
In all, a super cute way to celebrate your little ones or…really… for any other reason, you cant go wrong here!

We recently visited for a Mom and Son day date. It was such a fun atmosphere and special moment. The food options were 6yo friendly and he enjoyed getting to make his own dinner. The chocolate was an obvious hit! He had the watermelon cooler and still has been talking about it days later.
Our waiter, Eric, was very attentive and explained the whole experience to us. He made it so fun! The whole team was so kind and stopped by multiple times.
Glad to have this new option in the area. We will be back.

The concept of this place is both fascinating and chaotic. First, let me say that I truly enjoyed the food and the atmosphere is pretty good, including our very friendly server. I had been once before to a previous location and remember thinking to myself “this was a lot but once you get the hang of it it would be more enjoyable.” We did the 4-Course option that includes a fondue, salad, entree, and chocolate fondue. This is probably the most straightforward option, and I would say I recommend it since altogether it’s not a ton of food, so the amount is pretty approachable…
HOWEVER
I don’t remember how long our Melting Pot KC experience was and we dined at this location with it being pretty new so maybe this is not typical, but our experience was OVER THREE HOURS to get all four courses. Again, I did enjoy the food and appreciate our server and I’m optimistic that the timing will improve as they get more experienced.

Modern but intimate atmosphere with great decor and romantic lighting.
We ordered the four course dinner for two. With Green Goddess Cheddar, The Classic Entree w/ Coq Au Vin broth, and the flaming turtle chocolate.
Everything was amazing. We have been dinning at the Melting Pot in OKC for years and are so happy to have one in NWA now.

Had so much fun with my boyfriend’s mom!!! Our server was Nicole and she made the experience so exciting!! Her first day, excellent service and energy! Ate pretty much everything served, food was so good. Atmosphere was very chill and easy to relax in!! We got a lunch special so it was a fondue, a salad, and a dessert. So filling and a really good way to bond!

I have been to other melting pot restaurants and we visited this new branch for our anniversary. The food is good and on-par with other places. However, the service needs to be improved. We did not get water for a while and the printer to print a photo is not service as well.

Emma & Audra gave us the absolute best night ever! We spent our anniversary night there and the vibes were immaculate. They were so attentive to us and always offered to bring us more food if we wanted it! They even gave us a sweet “Happy Anniversary” plate with extra sweets and made us feel so special! Will definitely be requesting them in the future.

Super fun place to go if you haven’t been before. The first and last courses are the best! I feel like the meats need to be seasoned or marinated more to have enough flavor, but still fun!
