ABSOLUTELY LEGENDARY, this hibachi was.
Listen carefully, young Padawans and hungry Jedi alike — this was not merely a meal… it was a Force event. Plates arrived sizzling like a lightsaber duel at sunset. Chicken so tender it practically surrendered without a fight. Veggies crisp, fresh, and seasoned with what I can only assume is ancient culinary wisdom passed down through generations of grill masters. The rice? Oh yes. Buttery, savory, and disappearing faster than credits in Mos Eisley.
Now the Padawan has spoken — and when a Padawan speaks, listen you must. “Best hibachi EVER,” she declared. True, this is only the second hibachi of her training… but confidence strong with this one it is. And honestly? After tasting it myself, I see the future clearly — and it is delicious.
Then came the sushi. Friends… FRIENDS. The Yummy Yummy roll earned its name and then some. If joy had a flavor, this would be it. The California roll was fresh, balanced, and rolled tighter than a Jedi’s moral code. Not slapped together. Not lazy. Crafted. Respected. Honored.
Service was fast. Portions were generous. Regret was nonexistent — except for not ordering more. This is the kind of place where you say, “We’ll just grab something quick,” and then immediately plan your return mission before you’ve even wiped the sauce from your fingers.

They make beautiful, fresh sushi , great rolls , balanced well. And the price is fair and not outrageous for what it is. Thank you hibachi express! Now can get sushi then pop over to grab ice cream soon! Lol they should team up for food and ice cream deal.

I’m sure the the food would be getter for someone getting straight hibachi style and sushi ordering take out not as much said they had chicken fingers but it was tenders like katsu. They were decent just not fingers. Supper expensive for the amount of food you are given. My steak was extremely over cooked when ordering it on the side. Crab rangions were good but not sweet which is fine I just like them that way. Scallion pancakes were extremely lacking. Honest opinion definitely wouldn’t order basic take out again. Can’t rate atmosphere as we didn’t eat in.

Big thanks to Hibachi Express for being open on Christmas. They were quick, had great service, and price was reasonable ($23 for general tso, fried rice, spring rolls, and hot/sour soup). Food itself was good enough. I’d come back here.

We ordered two Chicken Hibachi Entrées and 2 pork egg rolls for pick-up, everything was delicious!!!! Perfectly cooked, flavorful and great portions. They even followed our special request. Definitely recommend!!

Food and service were great. I did take out but when I went in, the restaurant was clean, smelled good and the employees were friendly. I ordered scallion pancakes, kani mango salad, Mexican roll and a side of fried rice, this was enough food for myself and my partner! Everything was fresh and so yummy, will definitely be going back!

Great place for some really good sushi rolls. I had the B52, the Queen Roll and The Alligator Roll. They all tasted really fresh and tasty as hell. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Now it’s not ur typical Asian restaurant. It is set up for more of a take out restaurant hence the Express in their name but let that fool u cause the food I had here was amazing!

The food is great!! The only thing I did not like is that they charge you an extra $1 for pork fried rice but it has no pork(kind of silly don’t you think). So basically its just brown rice.

Their el Avocado rolls and tuna delicious my Favorite all time is the sweet potatoes rolls in soy paper. Legit vest I’ve ever had. Look how good that Tuna Avocado roll looks, My husband Said It’s some of the best he’s ever had.
Everything we have Tried here Is Absolutely delicious Hands Down best in town. We now drive over an Hr to eat here. Very polite people as well.
