Ethos & Co. Cafe is a non-profit cafe located in Westerville, Ohio. We serve Florin coffee, smoothies & acai bowls, Johnson’s ice cream, beverages, and other breakfast & lunch menu items. Our profits support rotating non-profit organizations doing great work in our city, highlighted on our social media channels & in our lobby. Come join us for a meal, a cup of coffee, or simply to relax and enjoy our free wifi, community books & games, and inviting atmosphere.

Great place to meet friends or get work done. Even if the food and drinks weren’t top notch, the variety of seating, large and small tables, couches, chairs, etc. ensures there’s something for everyone. It’s remote-work friendly with free wifi and outlets everywhere, 3 bathrooms, high ceilings with acoustic panels so even if you have to take a call you won’t bother anyone. That being said, there are often folks studying together, or enjoying catching up. I enjoy how bright and open the atmosphere is.
Foodwise, I’m sure you can see the menu somewhere in these reviews, but they have smoothie bowls, oatmeal, snacks, and even an ice-cream freezer with cones and sandwiches for those warmer months. Bagels made fresh daily, and other baked goods brought in as well.
Drinkwise they have all the drinks you would expect at a modern coffee shop, with seasonal creations and rotations to keep it fresh. I typically drink a black coffee but when I sample any of their new creations I question my choices. Iced or hot, you won’t be disappointed.
Finally, the people here are also so friendly and you can tell they hire workers who not only get things done but support a friendly environment and you can tell they enjoy being here.

What a cool concept…
This coffee shop is a perfect place for a morning meeting. The decor is simple and basic but clean which makes it perfect for anything from a business meeting to just catching up with friends. They keep the place clean and it has a variety for different seating configurations. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The coffee is very good so what more could you ask for.

I loved this cafe!! It’s super spacious and beautiful!! The workers were amazing!! There’s so much seating everywhere and if you’re looking for a spot, people there are so kind to let you join their table. I will definitely be coming back to work here again!!

We came on a Friday around lunch time.
Oat latte. Typical oat latte, like major chains. The froth was a bit airy/bubbly.
Matcha latte with oat milk. Not much matcha flavor and more sugary than expected. (We typically don’t add sugar, and if we do, it’s less).
Since we sat inside the cafe, we were hoping to get reusable mugs.
This is a very spacious cafe with many large tables to work at. It’s a great space for small gatherings/meet ups. A mix of some smaller tables for 1-2 people would allow for more tables overall. When we went, most the tables only had 1 person sitting at a table large enough for 6 people.

Very open and quiet place to do work or study. Plenty of parking too! They have an outside seating area as well if there is no more space inside. Even though it’s very open the sound does not bounce around. Very modern and inviting. Coffee was good and I’ll be back!

The concept of Ethos + Co Cafe is so simple and yet actually so awesome. Can we talk about ALL OF THE LIGHT?! Not the Kanye song – the natural light here makes even the rainiest days bright.
In hockey, the saying goes, “Show me a good coach – I’ll show you a good goalie.” Well, show me a good cafe? I’ll show you a GREAT cause and take you DIRECTLY here. This cafe checks both these boxes.
The only thing better than the friendly service, tasty coffee, and top-notch atmosphere are the incredible partners of this cafe making a tangible difference right here in our backyard. Just incredible.

I’ve been holding/attending meetings at Ethos + Co. Cafe for years. I think shortly after they opened! I love their meeting rooms with the garage doors to keep discussions confidential or to open the doors to welcome guests!
The coffee is top notch, the bakery items are delicious and mini-deli is fantastic for a quick bite. Prices are very reasonable!
The best thing is that all profits go to a different charity every month. Great coffee and goodies for great prices and I can contribute to a good cause? Yes please!!
I bring my kids in for hot chocolate and a snack frequently between meetings.

Great vibe for an early coffee meeting or working remotely. The high ceilings and ample natural light make Ethos + Co an inspiring yet cozy coffee shop.

This spot opened up right before I moved away from Columbus, which was such a BUST. I definitely savored it as much as possible for the last few months before leaving.
The atmosphere is open & clean. The staff is kind and helpful. I’ve been happy with almost everything I’ve ordered from there, from coffee to tea to various food items. Save one experience when my hot chai latte tasted rather soapy (I’d assume that was just a hiccup).
Overall, I love this place. I often try to make it a point to stop back in whenever I’m back in the area!
