Stopped by on the way home from a family camping trip. We were all a bit over hungry and looking for a really great meal. Peggy’s did not disappoint! The ham was delicious the kiddos had waffles with strawberries and whipped cream, and French toast while the wife went with an omelet. Ron, our server was fast a friendly and Peggy was great with the conversation. Thanks so much for the wonderful stop over!

Update: Even amongst the challenges that the pandemic brings with running a small business, Peggy’s does not disappoint. You can truly taste the love in their food. The restaurant is super clean and serving takeout with a smile.

Easy-going diner with elegant service and perfect food. The English muffin was actually toasted and buttered (vs kinda warm with a patch of butter in the middle). Crispy coarse-cut hash browns. Loaded omelet. If life brings you to the greater Vancouver area, do yourself a favor and head to Peggy’s Place!

First time here. Zero expectations, yet my family all separately commented how good their food was. We’ll definitely be back. The food was really good – well worth a drive from East Vancouver. The staff was friendly. The place is clean. Place feels well run.
My breakfast burrito was awesome, best I’ve had in a long time! My wife loved her omelet, it was loaded with fresh looking veggies. Bacon here was quality. My kids really liked the friendliness of the staff.

Delicious! I ordered the pulled pork sandwich with tots and a monster cookie. It was all very good. I grew up in BBQ country and the sauce Peggy’s used was exceptional. Highly recommend! Just remember they’re only doing takeout right now. I couldnt get the QR menu code on their door to scan but they have menus inside. The order was ready quickly when I ordered at the restaurant.

Without a doubt the BEST breakfast around.
When we found Peggys Place it ruined all other breakfast places in the Vancouver area for us! Their food is absolutely amazing. It’s always fresh, perfectly seasoned and delicious. We take everyone who visits us here and everyone always asks to go back next time they are in town.
Their service is amazing. You feel like family when there.
As a parent we love bringing our kiddo here. She is 3 and we’ve never felt like she wasn’t welcomed with open arms. Down to the cups they have for kids (super sturdy straw cups) they’ve made it really comfortable to bring your kids to breakfast! Their kids menu is great and she always clears her plate!
It deserves more than five stars!

Women working there were very welcoming and sweet. Very comfy chairs at our table! The place is decorated very nicely and they had the best chicken fried steak I have ever eaten!! Prices were affordable, portions were worth the price and the taste was awesome.

Easily one of the best breakfasts I’ve ever had, and I’ve had a lot. Everything was cooked perfectly, seriously, exactly what I asked for. The service was fantastic, the homemade hot sauce was bomb, and the place was neat and tidy. I will be returning, along with my family, to try more of the menu. Don’t let the parking fool you, this place is worth it. Hope they stay open for a good, long time.
