I loved this restaurant. I stopped in yesterday afternoon for a quick dinner. I had moo goo gi pan with fried rice and an egg roll, all of which was delicious. The staff was very friendly checked on my often and had some great conversations. I wish I lived closer but I will be stopping in when I’m on the side of town. Thank you so much for making feel welcome. ❤

Update after years of loving this place it has gone downhill since covid hit. Portions are way smaller, flavor is not there anymore, and service has followed in the same manner. Makes me so sad to have to write this negative review after years of eating here literally every weekend. We now eat across the street which has larger portions and better flavor.

Our favorite place since moving here 6 years ago. We love how the daughters work here, they are always so kind with warm smiles. The food is always amazing!!!!

I’ve been going here for a few months now over and over again with each time better than the last. Even though I don’t know the owner’s name she’s very nice and always likes to discuss things including this (who I believe is her daughter) and another man working there always to very nice. Some May think their food can be burning hot, but that’s simply the best way I’ve enjoyed it even burning my gums from time to time. Or even more recently when she asked if I’d like some fried dessert, and wow they were worth it . . . so in the end this is one of my favorite places to eat in general (even when my own mother owns another Asian restaurant(not chinese)). Thank you, and I will always make it a point to dine in at least two times a week!!!

Update: STILL GOING AND LOVE THE SWEET AND SOUR TOFU, ICED COFFEE, AND SEASONAL RICE CAKES SO MUCH! Thank you for sharing with customers such a unique and gratifying dish!

Been coming here since I was a small child, never had any problems. Today I ordered cashew chicken for my friend. Get all the way to their place and there is no chicken in the dish. So I call up and they immediately get defensive and accuse me of eating all the chicken. Saying they prepared it, just them all alone and they do it the same all the time. And basically refused to make it right or acknowledge their mistake. After that treatment they’ve lost a lifelong customer.

I have been ordering Peking Garden since I was young and have always loved it. The past few years they have been using odd parts of the chicken and every time I order sesame chicken it looks good. It’s then when you bite into it it’s so dry and hard. I have given them multiple tries these past few years and after today no more. Hate to see one of my favorite places go so down hill.

They get a two star only because I liked the dish I got. My girlfriend on the other hand did not like hers at all and ate only a few bites of it. When the lady working (I assume the owner since her daughter was there doing homework) came over she told her that she didn’t like her dish and asked that it be taken off the bill as she had barely touched it. The lady said no she can’t or she would have to do it for everybody? I think that’s what she said but couldn’t really hear because she was backing away at this point. I can understand not taking it off the bill if it was half eaten or mostly eaten but she only had two bites of the chicken and two bites of the rice I had one of each to confirm that it did not taste like general tso (which it did not). I’m really upset that the lady acted this way and didn’t even apologize or offer to make it right since every other time I have been there the food has been good. It’s a shame customer service is so bad there because there food was good. Luckily there are plenty of other Chinese restaurants in the area that are as good

I didnt want to do this but felt called to, i eat at all kinds of different chinese restaurants and this place by far served the WORST chicken fried rice ive ever had in my life period, and i love chinese food and ive never complained but this was disrespectful to charge money for what i got. Ive had old chinese leftovers 3 days old that i microwaved that tasted better. Instead of selling handbags and jewelry, cook better food and the money will come!!!!

I have a serious problem with gluten, and they have been extraordinary in creating dishes that I can eat. I’ve never had a reaction to their food. My favorite is the orange chicken with white rice. The food is consistently excellent and the white rice is tender and moist.

I called around 1:00pm for a pick up order and asked for their lunch special of chicken lo mien with only chicken, mushrooms, carrots and broccoli and white rice as my side. I was rushed off of the phone by a young sounding woman before I could even complete my order because I also wanted to order a slushy. I figured I didn’t need it. I go in and pick up my order. No one but two people were behind the counter. I picked up my order and walked out. I take it back to my office and opened it. Everything seems to be in order. I take a bite of my noodles and they’re delicious. I then began to eat the rice and it is hard and cold! The chicken is dry and there were hardly any carrots or mushrooms in my order which they charged me extra for. I will not be going back to Peking Garden.
