Though it was delivered on time, the quality was off. One pizza had big bubbles, the other was overtopped, which causes excess water during the cooking process = soggy crust. We eat with our eyes first. So this was disappointing. The taste was ok.

Feb. 26 2022 I ordered a pizza and it ended up being messed up and had ham on it. And I don’t eat ham. As you can see, the special one had no ham, but the pizza did. So I sent the photo to the manager working and ended up getting two free pizzas for the next time I had ordered, so a couple weeks later, if not about a month later, we decided we were to order pizza again. And this time. They didn’t put ham. But they put hamburger. Which is a lot better than ham. I’ll eat hamburger. It just isn’t my favorite. And I can’t give them a one star because at least the flavor was there, but both times I had ordered, my pizza was wrong. That’s very disappointing. Will not return my business willingly.

Burnt pizza. Kinda ridiculous since they have to look at the pizzas prior to boxing them up. Not the first time we have had issues from this location as far as overall quality. Never burnt a pizza though. I called and they are going to remake a pizza for me. You guys really need to have some QC steps in your process. This should never go out to a customer.

I was soooo looking forward to trying the Papadia for a few months. A friend in NY told me she finally tried it and wanted another soon! Mine – not so much! It barely had steak for the entire philly cheesesteak option. I opened it to find bits of meat. The staff was nice, but wasn’t enough to be late for my next stop to have it remade. Unacceptable reason why it wasn’t initially done right.

I wanted to shout out, William. He’s been here for a couple of years now and every time I walk in, I’m happy he’s there and it’s not someone else (the other people are good, but not William) and I noticed a long time ago that his pizza is put together the best I’ve seen. Thank you for always being awesome, William, I appreciate you!

I like how cheap their pizza is, but the quality is kinda subpar. The pizza always feels wet for some reason, even when you ask for it to be cooked well. This location feel kinda sketchy and the inside feels funky but if I want Papa John’s I go here.(because the other one is far away)

Their food is always amazing, those bread sticks?? DELICIOUS!!! The last time I did take out and the employees seemed a little overwhelmed with all the orders. All in all, my food was great and they are pretty fantastic at making sure there’s no dairy on my food. (Dairy allergy)

I asked for extra sauce….. Got home with my pizzas, and there’s absolutely no sauce! Called them and asked what could be done. They re made them for me. One was a puddle of sauce and the other had ZERO SAUCE! Waited to call again because I was upset. Ended up on the phone with an extremely rude manager who said he personally remade them and will not be re making the order. (Don’t want a third run anyway) I’ve never had a problem with this location and have been ordering from them for almost 5 years since we moved to the area. Yes, I will be calling back tomorrow to get a refund and I spoke calmly and respectfully (I did good!) Because of how rude the manager was on the phone, I will not be giving them any more of my business.
