This was the first time I provided grace to an establishment for providing terrible service. I’ve had my final disappointment with you all. I am literally 5 minutes from you all and my order was cold as if it sat for a minute of 30 minutes. There was very little cheese on the pizza. The quality has really diminished. I’m not sure if its a management problem or a lack of quality employees either way the root cause is management. Do better if you’d like to stay in business.

They have the best, buffalo wings made in the oven they are so tender and delicious, love the cinnamon bites, thin crust pizza is best less carbs. It’s always chaotic in the place only reason for 4 stars the food is great but really need to work on customer service busy or not they should provide better service. I will still continue to give them my business but please work on customer service in really hate to go other places for pizza just because of this problem.

OMG! This was perhaps the BEST PIZZA from Papa John’s I have ever had! NO LIE! I don’t know if it’s the location lol or what! But they made my pizza so DAMN GOOD, I had to write a review lol. The pizza was cooked to perfection! The ingredients were FRESH and the sauce is AMAZING! I had my son go in and pick it up because it was faster to pickup than delivery. I ordered two XL “create your own” and they were both huge, and ready within less than 10 minutes! Super fast! So again, I don’t know if it’s this particular location or what lol. Either way THIS STORE is now added to my favorites.

Y’all need to actually start cleaning those pizza pans you use for the oven. Every time I order pizza from here I can physically taste and see the burnt black crumbs on the bottom of my pizza. It’s disgusting, do better.

Great service! I was greeted immediately and our order was hot and ready when we picked up. Staff was plesant and polite. Food was on par with what you would expect from Papa John’s. (It’s one of my go-to’s when I’m craving good pizza.)

I’m assuming this location ran out of the pre-packaged, sealed, very official looking cream cheese dipping sauce cups… because this is what they included in lieu of those lovely cups of sweet deliciousness.
WHAT IN THE ONLY FANS IS GOING ON HERE?
My boyfriend can’t look at me the same after seeing me eat this.
Please reconsider packaging options if you have to make icing in-house.

Order for delivery at my friends house, and it was taking longer than expected. So I called to check in our pizza and they said it was complete, I told him no it wasn’t because no one knocked or rang the doorbell. So I just happened to open the door and the pizza was there on the ground. This is definitely the worst customer service. If I could give zero stars I would. The delivery person never knocked or rang the doorbell.

Wow what a difference. The first Shaq pizza is from Friday and the second one is from Sunday…two days later once the general manager provided some outstanding customer service. He apologized for my bad experience and took it a step further to make up my experience. Thank you Ryan for showing high class service. Btw-the second Shaq pizza is worth every dollar!
