Ok, honest review. I grew up in Brookfield, ordered this pizza all the time and it was good. I called and ordered a traditional and white pizza, the gentleman answering the phone was obviously less then enthusiastic. I get the pies cooked well done because we like the crisper crust. The white pizza was so bland, we didnt even it. It was just greasy and had a layer of oil we just couldn’t get past. The traditional was good and we love the dough how its airy and crispy but it lacks flavor. The sauce isnt bad but in combination of all components, its lacking the luster we need to go back again.

Pizza was undercooked, extremely doughy. Perogie pizza was dry and flavorless. Customer service was decent, they offered to replace the undercooked pizza. Sadly not like it used to be, will not be returning.

I have been eating this pizza for over 30 years. It has always been a true love of mine! I was so worried that they would not reopen after the fire, when they did I was right there and couldn’t wait to taste the best pizza ever!!! I was so confused at first bite. What happened to my pizza??? The sausage was changed. My heart sank. I have told everyone I come across for years about this pizza and how absolutely delicious it is and how the sausage is to die for. In a world where everything that was once great is now mediocre at best, this pizza was the rock you could stand on. Always great, always perfect with a good dose of nostalgia. I drove 35 minutes each way for this pizza with a smile on my face about once a month. I have been there twice in 6 months since the change in sausage. It’s very sad to see something so beautifully made turn into something just ok.

Their Pierogie pizza is the best I ever tasted, but I believe it is even better since the new oven was installed (thicker maybe). I order it with bacon and onions, but if you want a grand slam home run… buy a squeeze bottle of sour cream, and add some to each slice before eating it.

The shop is so adorable with cute little relics from the years that it has been in service. The staff is an absolute delight and very hospitable. The food is always top notch and don’t ever order from this shop without giving their infamous perogie pizza with or without bacon a try! I’ve been ordering for years, and it will continue!

Awful. Gave me an undercooked, doughy pizza. The crust on the bottom was soft and inside was doughy. Turned my stomach and threw an entire pizza away. Called for a refund and wanted to only give me $5 off next order. I’ll never be back, no thanks! Sad cause I had been going there for 40 years but it’s nowhere near what it used to be. Disgusting pizza!
