The staff at the Subway in Dickinson are always working hard and are consistently friendly. Every time I stop in, the girls behind the counter are hustling and doing a great job.
Recently, I forgot an item at the store, and the employees went out of their way to save it for me in the back until I could come back and retrieve it. That kind of honesty and customer care really stands out.
Hands down the best sandwich shop in town. Highly recommend this location.

Don’t know what this one girl’s problem was, she put like two green peppers on my sandwich, and I asked her politely to add few more please and she literally put a handful of them on there. Then I asked for light sauce and she literally dumped mayo and chipotle on my sandwich and wasn’t very polite. The other ladies were very nice, but the one really set me off would recommend making them make your sandwich again if they do this to you! They tend to forget that they are here to make a sandwich that you will enjoy not a sandwich that they throw together after all they are charging you anywhere from $12-$16 per sandwich. Honestly when you’re in the customer service business you need to serve the customer

Friends went to get subs. One of the works was very rude and rushed them these customers through with their orders when the shop wasn’t even busy and the wrong dressing on the subs. Very disappointing. I don’t know why the staff feel they are in such a hurry people do not like to be rushed through like they are cattle!!! For what we pay. We want them made the way we want. I would have walked out!

This was the best Subway I have ever had in my entire life. It had shredded chicken and roast beef and all kinds of new REALLY GOOD stuff!

The past 2 times I’ve come here my toasted breakfast sandwich with ham and eggs has been cold. Eggs still half frozen and ham cold as can be. Maybe their toaster isn’t working but I watched them put it in there. I never leave bad reviews about anything but this place needs help.

Fantastic!!! These women are the fastest, most in sync Subway TEAM I’ve EVER experienced!!! Hubby and I went in around 11:15, I ordered a toasted Spicy Italian and he ordered a toasted Meatball Marinara and I think we were in and out in less than two minutes!!! Be proud of yourselves, Subway on Villard, will definitely be back

Went there tonight with my wife and three kids. The girl was so preoccupied with other things that it took five minutes to even start our order. We were the only people there and yet that was the exact moment she had to put bread in the oven…The girl that made the sandwiches did a good job but that first girl kind of ruined the experience for us. She never even welcomed us in, never spoke to our kids, no nothing except to rudely say, “it’ll be a minute.” while she wiped an already clean counter. Odd.

Today is a day equal to the birth of baby Jesus. As a hungry man I walked through the golden gates of subway on villard and asked for a rather unique order of a cookie sandwich on white bread. Surely I expected complications but rather than that the workers looked at me and smiled while they made my sandwich with care and perfection. When paying they asked me so kindly for if I would enjoy a cold milk from the fridge to help the food go down. (Truly amazing people) As I sat in the lobby and feasted on a golden perfected creation i thought to myself this truly is a amazing place! Hallelujah!!!!!!!
