Had to sit upstairs which smelled like a bathroom. It was extremely hot in the building. The food took almost 40 minutes to come. Ordered a beer, half the table got carded at the table and the other half didn’t. I’m in my 30s and obviously look like it. The waitress wouldn’t take my NY state Mobile ID which is able to be scanned, valid through the state, and even able to be used at TSA. From the NY website: “Businesses can accept the New York Mobile ID (MiD) during alcohol sales after the New York State Liquor Authority issued an advisory on October 30 declaring Mobile ID as an approved form of age and identity verification.”
It’s one thing to not take the mobile ID app but it’s another to only ID certain people at the table and not the others.

Delicious food and excellent service. You get plenty. Our Pepsi was refilled before empty. Parking in rear of building also. Definitely worth the 1 hr and 14 min ride to meet my daughter there.

“Restaurants near me”came up with this option. What a great place. I had the Memphis macaroni and cheese. Not only was it delicious, but the portion could have fed 4 people! I took the rest home and did, in fact, feed three more people! Next time I’m in the area, I would definitely make this a top choice to eat at again.

Pleasantly surprised on how good the food was here.
I’m a Texan. We are finicky with Smoked Meats. And I still liked this place.
BUT, our Meats did not come off the Smoker and onto my Plate the same day.
I would like to come back and actually get the same Orders fresh from the Smoker.
(And I get they aren’t doing the Volume,to run a Smoker daily, because that is a lot of work, and this is a small town).
The Bartender was awesome.
Bar crowd was regulars and it was fun hearing them break each others ‘chops.
Ambience is nostalgic, and worn in a good way…..
Good place to hang out and get some food and a few beers.
I highly recommend this place.
Excited to find out the day they actually do the Smoking and get some fresh meat straight from the Pit! Then they will get the 5th Star!

Great place to stop get a bite to eat and throw back a few drinks with sweet drink specials and overall easy on the wallet! Pulled pork nachos are on point as well as the pulled pork egg rolls. And the onion peddles.

Came here yesterday 09/29/2025. Food was terrible and cold, but wait that’s not the worst part. Took over 15 minutes just to ask us what we wanted to drink. Then over 47 minutes went by , still no food. Is it really that hard for a Reuben sandwich and onion rings, and Steak Philly sandwich?
It’s really a shame we are moving to the area and we so delighted to have a place to stop weekly.
Get your staff inline. Girl without sleeves was our server . Took us to ask where are food was before we even got a refill on drinks.

You know what came out last ? The Chicken wrap .. the easiest fastest food.

Ordeal started at 6:50. We waited for a couple of minutes, we were taken up the stairs to the dining area. We were one of four tables in the upstairs dining area. The downstairs tables had been completely removed. Our waitress was short with us when we ordered drinks, and rude when we asked for a highchair. We waited 45 minutes for our appetizer (onion rings) they were piping hot. It was delivered after we hunted down a staff member. I was told that the kitchen was backed up due to an overload of delivery orders. After 55 minutes we were brought out child’s meal but no one else’s. After an hour and 20 minutes our remaining three meals were delivered. The garbage plate was completely cold, the brisket sandwich and chicken finger Mac and cheese were luke warm. The table next to us also stated to the waitress that their food was cold. The manager was amazing as always, apologized and comped the cold meal. We left at 8:30.

Let me start with Egg rolls. Yes. Omg! Yes. Sauce with them is spicy delicious. Service was excellent. Comfy atmosphere. We got a burger and the cuban. Both delicious. Not our first trip and definitely not the last. I am very picky about my beans. Very nice surprise being soooo good.

Smoked wings were described on the menu as being smoked, fried then grilled however, 2/3 of that process didn’t occur and the skin was flaccid rather than crispy. Their taps also have issues, the beer I ordered was supposed to be a double IPA yet it tasted like a pilsner. Seems like this establishment is highly unpredictable in terms of quality.
