I pass by this restaurant everyday on the way home from work. It’s usually empty but looks nice. Today, I suggested to my wife lets try this place. No sooner we park a few more cars come in. As I thought, it looked nice inside, even restrooms were very clean and stylish. Menu prices looked very well reasonable especially im today’s economy. Ordered, WOW, the food looked, smelled and tasted Fantastic. I had a large frozen margarita, it was very good. We got a 15% off coupon for next time, part of their reopening. Will definitely be going back. They have specials on Tuesday and Thursday that looked very interesting. Staff very friendly as well.

I was not expecting mezcal to be so central to the experience of this restaurant, but it really set this place apart for me. We had a flight of mezcal and Jonathan walked us through the different bottles with tasting notes, explanations of the production methods, and what regions they were from. All the cocktails we tried were amazing.
The food was fresh and balanced while staying true to its traditional roots. I loved the green salsa and the queso. For the entree I ordered enchiladas suizas, and the rice and beans that came with them were so fresh! The sauce on the enchiladas was so good and the portion sizes were generous.

The restaurant was empty when we arrived, prior to dinner rush but right on time for happy hour. Margaritas were $5 and definitely worth trying. We received a basket of tortilla chips with 2 hot sauce (salsa) options (red and green). The green salsa was and the red had the right amount of heat. We ordered pozole that came with tostadas, cabbage, limes, jalapeños, onions, and cilantro. It was a large serving. We also ordered mole that came with rice, beans, and homemade flour tortillas. The mole sauce is sweet at first but definitely had a kick of spice afterward. Both dishes were flavorful. This place is relatively new and a must try.

The restaurant atmosphere makes you think you’re at an actual restaurant in Mexico. Service is fast and everyone is very friendly and welcoming. Margarita on the rocks was great too.

New owner, Jonathan, is amazing! Food is delicious and service was great and friendly. Prices are super affordable and fair for the proportions. Plenty of parking and everything was clean.

Amazing service with a beautifully decorated dining room. The restrooms are very clean and well-maintained. I ordered the $1 fajita tacos on flour tortillas and they were good. The green salsa was underwhelming. It just had a dull, flat flavor. I also tried the flan and churros, both were absolutely delicious. The flan is rich and dense with lots of caramel. The churros did NOT skimp out on the cinnamon sugar. They were perfectly crispy and went well with their sweet dip. I’ll definitely look forward to trying other dishes here soon.

I stopped by for lunch with some coworkers. I had the enchiladas suizas and they were very good, lots of flavor in the sauce! You get a good sized portion- I had enough to take home for dinner. The rice was good as well, though I personally didn’t care for the refried beans.
My coworkers each had the crispy tacos and seem to enjoy them- though their rice and bean portions were much smaller.
Despite the restaurant being empty while we ate, the atmosphere is really nice. It looked and felt very clean. I also enjoyed the music playing. Overall it was a good experience and I think we’ll be back!

Very cute spot and I ordered the tacos el carbon with beef fajitas. I think I’ll try another dish next time to compare. The meat was tough but it was still good. Service was fast and the atmosphere inside is like being in a restaurant in Mexico
