Who the hell is bells? This place is a hole on the wall. The name isn’t California kitchen. I think it’s like tartem But it’s right next to the tattoo parlor and the the bodega. It’s a hole in the wall but man oh man, Do they bang out some delicious food. 100% would return hair because it was delicious. We got the chicken wrap thing and what was nice is there was no dairy in it and honestly the hummus in the sauce combined together and it was incredible.

Extremely amazing food. I tried the Russian Pilmeni (get the 20 piece!) and my partner tried the Philly cheese steak. This is a must try restaurant! We scraped our plates clean! The woman and her husband were also very kind and polite.
