The worst Subway experience I’ve had since 1992 in West Virginia. We got footlongs to take skiing and, unfortunately, knew it was going to suck as we checked out.
1. The employ simply didn’t speak English. We just gave up and paid the full price because we couldn’t communicate through the 6.99 FL coupon.
2. I don’t know where the meat is. I’m uploading a picture of my Turkey w/ spinach, lettuce, and tomato. My buddy’s sandwich had one (01) piece of meat on one half of the sandwich. The rest was just bundled up on the other 6″.
3. We tried to communicate through the order but it’s just so hard to say “can I get an actual distribution of the toppings across the sandwich” and it’s tough when you can’t use the 50% off coupon.

We come here for our annual boys trip and have always taken subway in our backpack. Not anymore. We’re doing continental breakfast PB&Js and leftover pizza in ziplocks. Subway has a minimum standard and this ain’t it.

It’s no wonder why this place is hardly busy anymore. They really skimp out on the meat these days. My sandwich today was supposed to be an All American club and it had about 1/3rd of the meat a normal subway sandwich comes with. Never again. It will be out of business by this time next year I have no doubt. I wish I could give it 0 stars.

If you’re looking to get a sub, I would definitely recommend going elsewhere. The workers are consistently terrible, can’t hardly speak English, but I guess that’s what you get nowadays so whatever. But at least make the sandwiches right, and not sloppy. This looks terrible and they don’t ever have half the ingredients for the sandwiches. I ordered a great garlic… need I say more..

Hello everyone, I want to share my horrible experience in this place. I was buying some sandwiches and the person who was making my food stopped for a moment to serve someone else something that I didn’t like and that’s not the worst thing. serving someone else wearing the gloves she was using for my meal and touching cash then going back to continue with my meal without even changing gloves or washing her hands that really seems disgusting to me I kindly asked her to start making my sandwich again and she angry refused to do it again telling me that she had done nothing wrong and there was no reason

The sandwiches are pretty standard for a Subway. One of the employees is super nice but I haven’t learned her name yet. The soda machine hasn’t worked right since they replaced it so don’t pay for a fountain drink. Atmosphere is horrible as they often play rather loud music in Spanish.

When I arrived I had already ordered my sub online. Upon inquiry I was informed that there was no order under my name. I showed them my order confirmation email which included the name under which the order was listed. The staff member looked again but could not find my sub. I think a significant part of the issue was a language barrier. Rather than find my sub that I’d already ordered, the sub was remade. Upon final checkout I was asked for payment. I had already paid since I ordered using the subway app. I would not be paying again. Of course at that moment the original sub was found and I was informed that I had given the wrong name. I’m not sure how that made sense since I showed them my confirmation email which included my name. I ended up eating in the restaurant and had a chance to watch several others go through the line. It was painful to watch because the pace of service was extremely slow and inefficient. If you are use to average Subway service, this is not it. Although I live in the area, it is highly unlikely I would plan to visit this restaurant again.

I just came today to get a sandwich from this place, there was a line so I wait. I saw the cashier was way behind putting the toppings, wrapping it and then charging it. I told the other lady I’ll wait until her coworker is done so she can help her finishing with all sandwiches sitting there. When it came to be my turn she ignored me and didn’t ask for my order. They seem that they hate their jobs and they can’t give you food since that is what I came for. There is no communication, no collaboration between them when it comes to be busy. Subway in Avon please give the chance to people who really want to work and have a better customer service, not the short lady who just ignored me and had a big issue helping her other coworker.

Not only do several of the workers not know how to speak English, but they also skimped so much but I had to ask 3 to 4 times per ingredient for more. 3 tomatoes, 6 pickles, 6 olives on a footlong? Really? Also the prices for the add-ons were three times more than they are at most other places, and the sandwiches are significantly more expensive to begin with as well. Go literally anywhere else.

This subway has gotten way busier not that the one in edwards closed. It’s a good and bad thing. Great for business but puts way more strain on the employees. Which I get. This is a great spot for a quick stop and go lunch wise. The only thing that caught my attention is the service. I had a pretty passive aggressive you young lady my time in without welcoming or a “what MAY I get for you”. It was more of a “what do you want” attitude which was very un welcoming. Beside that, it’s a good spot. Im sure it was just a wrong place wrong time incident.

I ordered through the app for pick up. The speed was fast and it was finished at the time it said it would be. This particular spot was busy when I went in so I’m glad I ordered ahead. They made the sandwiches correctly and remembered everything! The cashier girl was also very nice.
